Casa Quetzal Valladolid Suite King-size

MartaRating, 5 stars16 months ago
Our stay at Hotel Casa Quetzal was very pleasant. The location is perfect, there is also a safe parking place if you are coming with the car. The breakfast is sufficient to get your morning started (fruit, granola, yoghurt, fresh pastries, butter and jam). The stuff was attentive. I think they've noticed we didn't drink the juice on the first day, so the next morning they served a different kind. The room is very spacious and comfortable, uniquely styled, as well as the bathroom. One of the best showers ever. Definitely recommended for your stay in Valladolid!
A swimming pool is surrounded by lush greenery and tropical plants. Sun loungers are arranged on an adjacent wooden deck, accompanied by large umbrellas. Soft lighting creates a calm atmosphere, while a shaded area with seating provides a space for relaxation.

Queen Room

GraysonRating, 5 stars77 months ago
Lovely palapa (thatched hut) with private bathroom and shower, plus small balcony overlooking interior of property. breakfast of cereal, coffee, tea, and toast. *Very* central and convenient location. Bring earplugs- essentially completely open to a very noisy center city (animals, sirens, yelling, etc. throughout the night)- we couldn't sleep without them. Persistent wifi issues, but no other concerns during 3 day stay. Great location for the cost.
The room features two spacious beds covered with decorative white linens and dark brown accents. A vintage-style dresser with a mirror is positioned against the wall, complemented by large, patterned curtains that frame the windows. The ceiling showcases elegant wooden beams.

Casa colonial en Pueblo Mágico

SlavicaRating, 5 stars76 months ago
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The staff were lovely and very attentive. They noticed there were a few mosquitos whilst we were having lunch in the gorgeous gardens and quickly brought out a fan & citronella candle & mosquito repellent. There were also lovely organic soaps & body lotions to use as well as complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. The breakfast is also included which is a nice touch. One thing for us personally that was a slight inconvenience was that the room backed on to the shared garden with glass doors, so we couldn’t always have the curtains open. The room is also a little small for 2 people sharing, although we were travelling for 3 weeks so had a large suitcase. There are also other rooms available that do not have this issue. The WiFi was also a bit problematic but Daniela & the staff were always at hand to help with any queries.
