Studio rented for my parents who found the accommodation very clean and nice! Pleasant communication and very responsive hosts! I recommend it!

House on the ground floor independent of the accommodation above, beautiful decor, spacious and pleasant rooms, parking spaces in the courtyard and also on the street, beautiful terrace, close to the sea, quiet neighborhood, Already came to Grau du Roi but never on this shore, fairly quick city access, either by the interior or by the beach Some local shops in the street behind, some hut restaurants on the square, very nice, and large supermarket within walking distance, happy not to have to take your car, I recommend this listing bike path nearby (currently under construction but it will soon be beautiful for the next vacationers)

Impeccable stay thanks to Bertrand and his most impeccable home. Pleasant and responsive host. Perfect location of the apartment. Nothing was missing in this place to make our stay easy.

The house is very comfortable, very well-equipped and decorated. It is also very well located in a quiet area. Walking distance to the beach We were lucky for our holidays at the end of October, we were able to swim and enjoy the outside of the house (lunches outside, garden chairs). The house was especially clean! Finally, the location is a good starting point for excursions: Montpellier, Sète, Camargue... We'll be happy to come back!

This apartment is stunning and as per the pictures… you will not be disappointed. It’s been finished and furnished to a very high spec and has absolutely everything you could wish for. We found it to be very quiet at night and perfectly located to the marina front, beaches and restaurants. We’ll be back next year! Thanks very much!!

Beautiful accommodation with a parking space right outside the door, spacious rooms, a beautifully decorated living room/sam, a nice and well-equipped modern kitchen. And to relax, reading and a small garden where you can eat or bask. Not far from everything, 20 minutes' walk to Place de la Comédie (or by tram), 15 minutes to Port Marianne. Manuel, the host is nice, clear instructions. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing View and nice base to explore the area. Views from the terrace as well from the inside of the house amazing. We stayed for 10 days over Eastern and had an amazing view to the different weather conditions from heavy rain, being in the clouds towards views in the sun even able to see the snow on thy Pyrenees mountains. Nice calm neighborhood, even the climb down to get come baguette was a wonderful morning workout (20 min down, and 25min up again) - then you deserved your breakfast :)) Fast responses in case needed. Rest as commented from other guest already.
