Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. We had a great experience at Host Adrian's apartment on Airbnb. From the beginning, he was extremely polite, attentive and always responded quickly and cordially to all our messages. The apartment is complete and was impeccably clean and organized. We found everything we needed, and we were even surprised with treats like coffee capsules, water, Coca-Cola, alfajor, soap and shampoo. The bed and bath items were clean and very fragrant, which made our stay even more comfortable. The condominium is very quiet, and the view from both the apartment and the heated pool is simply spectacular. The photos of the listing are completely faithful to reality. The location is also a great differential: close to the San Telmo Market and surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and ice cream parlors. In addition, there are subway stations

The stay was great, the apartment is the same as the photos and for one person it is more than enough. From the start, everything is quite organized and clean. Upon receiving you, Ricardo gives you a brief general explanation about the apartment and also gives you recommendations for nearby points of interest such as supermarkets, laundry, subway station, among others. Ricardo is very friendly and answered all the questions I had, and he is always willing to help at any time. I felt very comfortable and had no trouble finding the place. Ricardo also leaves precise instructions on how to get there. I thank you very much for every detail, especially for improving the experience of my first trip alone!
