Vacation rentals with a patio in Valencia, Santa Clarita

Thanks to perfect instructions, we had a wonderful stay!! If you’re local-ish, bring your own pillows 🫣 but it was a great set up, parking included, and trader joes/target right downstairs for anything else you need!

We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

Mary foi extremamente atenciosa desde o primeiro dia de contato. O apto é muito confortável, lençóis e toalhas ótimas! Cozinha com todos os utensílios para o café da manhã. Garagem ótima e localização de fácil acesso para todos os lugares em LA. Super recomendo.

With 3 kids, I’ve become a germaphobe when it comes to them. I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Truly immaculate!! The open space and cleanliness of it all made me feel so good about our stay. Communication was on point with any questions that we had. Definitely recommend this place to everyone staying in the LA area!! Thank you!!

La ubicación es excelente para moverse en auto por toda la ciudad, en un vecindario muy tranquilo y el lugar de estacionamiento es un plus inmejorable que lo hace el lugar perfecto para quedarse en LA. Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

Joseph’s place was cute, clean and in a great location. We were surprised by delicious snacks and soft drinks. He communicated with us effectively and in a timely manner. 15 min drive to Universal Studios. I would stay there again.

Nice place. Unit has everything you need. Small driveway, definitely not for SUVs. Would definitely stay again!

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

Perfect location for a concert we were attending nearby.

Great spot and good value for location. Street parking was a bit frustrating trying to find a spot but overall would stay here again

We had an amazing stay at Posh’s place on our first visit to not only LA. The location is great, we felt very safe when both in and around the apartment. The place was clean, with plenty of towels, toiletries were provided as well as all basic cooking appliances. Smart TV and WiFi were available which all worked fine. Posh was very helpful with check in and parking instructions, parking is clearly marked and Posh was very quick to help when another vehicle was parked in the spot. The apartment is close to the Culver Steps which features lots of shops and places to eat/drink, as well as several other places to eat around the apartment, but is also in a great location for reaching other parts of LA - Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hollywood, Manhattan Beach etc. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the place. We are already looking to return to LA and would use Posh’s place again without hesitation.

This rates as one of my favorite Airbnb experiences ever. It was all just as advertised including a gorgeous bathroom, colorful indoor and outdoor space, and a super comfortable bed. Plus this cozy spot is in a beautiful, walkable, quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a restful stay!

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as pictured in the listing. In a cute neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby. Would most likely need a rental car to explore other parts of LA unless willing to Uber or take public transport. Beds and couch were very comfy! Hosts are very nice and responsive to messages. The only small downside is that the house does have a noticeable musty smell. Overall, a very nice stay!

Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.

place was clean, Selina was accomodating in switching parking spots to accommodate our vehicles, pet Friendly, and host was also very responsive.

He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

What a fantastic place. Great amenities and only a little over a mile to Six Flags. Really gorgeous flooring. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The beds very comfy. Easy check-in, and an 11 AM check out! Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay and Jessica was very helpful. place was clean, spacious, and very peaceful community. Will definitely be back.

This was a great place to use when I had additional family in town. Dave was responsive, helpful and very easy to work with.
