This was a great place for my mom to stay while visiting. Chris was very good host and communicated and responsive.

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to stay in your dream house—not the over-the-top kind, but one that’s both luxurious and livable? That’s what this stay felt like. Dream closet, massage chair, multi-angle shower, kitchen, furniture—even the laundry room. One of the powder rooms had striking tilework and a sleek black marble sink with a seamless, “invisible” drain and dial-style faucet handles—it was a space that was small yet felt like its own art show. The grounds are peaceful, with spots for sunset views and stargazing; you can see the Six Flags coasters by day and city lights glowing below at night. It feels like a weekend escape, yet it’s less than 5 miles to a grocery store and under 10 miles to Six Flags and the mall. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch, and the host was warm, responsive, and truly cared about our comfort. A heartfelt thank you for an unforgettable stay! 🌟

Great place to stay if your going to six flags, place was super clean, would recommend this place to other people. Austin was great help as well answered questions pretty quickly.

im writing this review for my dad because this was my graduation trip and i got to choose the bnb, i just want to say that my friend and i loved this house it was extremely beautiful and the area was super peaceful , it was a close drive to all the places i wanted to go to and shop at, GOODE HOMES had everything we needed and checked in regularly and were super nice, we’re definitely coming back!

Joseph's place was just as advertised. Our few questions were answered promptly and completely. The house is in excellent shape, clean and very comfortable, and the back yard patio is incredibly large and well furnished. For us, it was perfectly located, as it was less than seven miles from where our daughter and her family live. And, if you happen to be a bit of a light sleeper, you will love the peace and quiet found here. This Airbnb was exactly what we were hoping to find, and we will hope to stay here again on a future visit to southern California.

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

Best place to stay in Santa Clarita

My second stay here, I had a longer term stays about weeks each time. I returned because of the peace I found in the space and because Joseph and Saeideh were thoughtful and very responsive hosts. The perks for me were the outdoor Balcony, the privacy and the YMCA which I joined for the pool and gym for a very reasonable price ( Spring Sale). Loved how the house was tucked back from the street. Great natural light, beautiful little garden and trees, I was able to get some nice cross drafts with the windows open, but the Central air conditioning was powerful and quiet- On some nights, I used the ceiling fans. Appreciated the extra bedroom to have a lounge area. Overall, this place was thoughtfully laid out with no extra stuff and a small work desk came in handy for zoom calls. I walked the neighborhood - loved the vibe, lots of old trees, cactus, safe for walking day or night met neighbors on my strolls. Only downside was no laundry in unit for a longer stay- But laundromats near by.

Keith’s Place Was Perfect For Just The 2 Of Us And Was Very Private Which We Loved

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood only 12 minutes from Rose Bowl Stadium, Anthony's home was clean and had exactly what my group needed for our quick weekend trip. Washer and dryer in unit was very helpful to have, AC throughout home, and recently renovated so the home felt clean. We didn't need food places to be walkable but it was nice that delivery apps were convenient and restaraunts/cafes were 6-10 minutes walking. Keypad entry made it easy to get in and out, and plenty of street parking for our oversized car. Would come back and stay at Anthony's.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!
