Casa Nova, well located, well-structured (furniture; appliances/electronics- such as fridge, stove, washing machine, tv, air conditioning, microwave, air fryer; cabinets…), clean. The photos correspond to reality. Very attentive Rubens and responded quickly to the sent msg. I recommend it!

Felipe's house is very comfortable and super well assembled and very organized. It offers a great gourmet area and one of the highlights is that all bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned being an excellent option for short or long stay. We will certainly return.

Dimael and Rubens always very attentive, impeccable house, whenever I travel to Porto Seguro I like to stay in Ipatinga to stay in the house, easy access to supermarkets, pizzeria, bakery and the house very well structured and cozy. Super recommend!

Chácara Sossego is outstanding! All brand new and well cared for, the place is quiet and easy to access. The heated pool is a delight! Rosiane is very thoughtful and thoughtful of guests, she was super friendly and polite in all in conversations we had and did everything to have a great experience! Hope to come back soon!

If you are looking for a place to have a great time with a big group Clodoaldo’s place is just perfect. Sound system, BBQ area. Family reunions, corporate events… for kids and adults it’s just great. Great host very friendly and helpful.

Rosileide is a great host, very responsive and kind! Her place is super lovely and clean and much more spacious than it looked on the pictures :) the surroundings are quiet with a cute little square in front of the house, perfect for our two dogs!
