Felipe's house is very comfortable and super well assembled and very organized. It offers a great gourmet area and one of the highlights is that all bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned being an excellent option for short or long stay. We will certainly return.

The exterior view showcases a large, multi-paneled entrance door with a wood and glass design. A tiled pathway with a wave pattern leads up to the door, while the textured stone facade adds a distinct element to the overall appearance.

Good little house, simple but very complete, everything clean and working, the kitchen with basic utensils and good for use in the kitchen, clean and fragrant sheets. The neighborhood is very quiet, in relation to noise and safe. Covered garage. That's great. I just thought we lost some privacy in relation to the house upstairs, because of the blinds. You can hear everything that is said about both houses.

Joana is a very kind and considerate host. The house is beautiful and spacious, a great place to spend a weekend with my daughter, very comfortable, there's a market nearby, the neighborhood is quiet, only Uber's GPS that indicates the wrong direction, but communicating thinks it's quick. it has a garage and a lot of convenience. I'll definitely be back.

Very quiet neighborhood, with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, hortifruti and bakery nearby. The house is less than 2Km from downtown Timothy. I recommend it to all future guests.

Leonidia was a great host, friendly and attentive. We had to change dates and she was super understanding. It also made one more bed for us, we were in 3 people and for work. The accommodation was great, the house extremely clean and organized, with good space as well. The bathroom is large and the whole house is well equipped. We didn't lack anything.
