The accommodation is exactly like the description and the photos. Good apartment, I felt at home. The town is right in the center of the city and literally ahead of the region's largest market. Best impossible location. But of course, a counterpoint to that is the occasional noise you may have come from the street, which is inevitable. Like this one, the only other points that could be criticized are trivial, like there's no fan in the living room or Netflix on the television (which was easily bypassed with a gigantic alternative streaming system that, to me, was even better). Alarcon and Paula were highly helpful with me. Quickly answer any questions you may have. Thanks for your stay and I hope to see you again.

Rosileide is a great host, very responsive and kind! Her place is super lovely and clean and much more spacious than it looked on the pictures :) the surroundings are quiet with a cute little square in front of the house, perfect for our two dogs!

We love hosting in the apartment. The apartment is brand new, the view is beautiful, the air conditioning is powerful ideal for the heat of Ipatinga, beds and comfortable sofa, super practical electronic entrance. Larissa was super attentive, proactive, a love. We love it so much and we will definitely rent again. I recommend it!

Comfortable apartment

Perfect apartment, clean and organized. As I went with my son, I needed to make food and prepare snacks and other things for him to eat and I had everything I needed in the kitchen, a medium to large market very close to the apartment and many restaurants and shops on the main avenue, I felt at home because I didn't need to travel much to get what I wanted. The apartment is very nice and cozy, modern and versatile. I will definitely need to return to Ipatinga for work and I will continue to book this apartment with Valeria. Thank you Valéria and Suliane for the hospitality during my stay at the property 🙏🏼

The host was excellent in all aspects. Very helpful, polite, attentive, kind and communicative. It always responded quickly, and ready to resolve any situation. It was super attentive, and showed us various bar and entertainment venues for me, and my wife to attend. Beautiful and structured mt environments. Great quality !! We'll be back in town soon, and I'll definitely pick up this dnv location to stay.

The house is very large and spacious, the place is a bit far away but by car is quiet. There was nothing out of place, lacked a whim in the cleaning but nothing that hinders the lodging, has the basics in the kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi was a problem and there it doesn't get a moving network, so sometimes I was incommunicado, but Marcos was asked to help. I missed a filter, but I bought water. No mais was everything optimum! Value low for the comfort offered. Quiet and noisy place, you could rest a lot. I recommend his house!

Igor's apartment is airy, comfortable and welcoming. Details like coffee, salt, olive oil and even a little rice available in the kitchen reveal a generosity that makes a difference, bringing practicality and care. The location is also excellent, with a square, supermarkets and restaurants just a short walk away. As a suggestion, it would be great to include a water filter - even if it is a clay filter - and to inform in the listing the days of the selective collection and whether the garbage should be left directly on the sidewalk, to complete the experience. In addition, everything is great. I will definitely come back another time!

The extremely polite and proactive hosts, the space is extremely wonderful, beautiful, clean and comfortable close to everything you need, I just missed a microwave and a blender which was what we needed most and there wasn't, but that didn't diminish the experience. I highly recommend the place! Solange, who received us, was a lovely person!
