We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. Four-bed Casa do Mondego is one of three properties available to rent at Quinta da Rabaçal, a serene complex of three idyllic vacation cottages. Taking its name from the river which runs past the site, Casa do Mondego is the largest of the cottages.

The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Our Chalet is located on a 3-hectare fenced farm, located within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. A morning snack is included in the price (fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, orange juice). Sozen Mill is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and breathe fresh air in a unique atmosphere. With a stream that flows into the Zêzere River and small crystalline waterfalls, it is a setting of unparalleled natural beauty. This property consists of 2 independent bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a combination kitchen and living room. The rooms have no connection to the interior of the house. It's a place to connect with nature.

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).

The Haystack

Panoramic View and Jacuzzi Palheiro is located in the village of Sobral Fernando and is a house dating back to 1936, all of which is built in schist stone. Recently restored, it offers a modern, welcoming environment while preserving the traces of times past. It has a Jacuzzi with water that can be heated on the panoramic balcony.
