The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

Piccolo rustico già adibito a stalla finemente restaurata in stile dolomitico mantenedo le caratteristiche archittetoniche originali, luminosa ed accogliente. Al piano terra zona giorno composta da cucina attrezzata a vista. Zona living con tv e stube tradizionale. Completa il piano il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.
