Chalet vacation rentals in Valdahon

We had a lovely 15 day stay at the cottage. Beautiful and relaxing location between fir trees and animals such as cows and donkeys. The cottage is very well kept and very clean. I would recommend this place for nature lovers. There are many activities around Mouthe to do Lake, waterfalls, horseback riding, treehouses, visits... and not to mention the tasting of County a delight! Thank you for a great holiday 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Swiss chalet! The view from the property is stunning, and the neighborhood is perfect for peaceful walks and enjoying nature. The beds were very comfortable, and the chalet is ideally suited for families with babies and kids — everything felt very safe and welcoming. It was the perfect place to experience the authentic charm of a typical Swiss chalet. We would love to come back!

We were warmly welcomed by Léa's grandparents, kind and charming! The cottage is simply beautiful, cozy with amazing views. Ideal for a romantic weekend to recharge in the countryside in the greatest calm with a reassuring fireplace. We recommend it!

Excellent stay at the cottage in the woods, perfectly equipped for a family with kids (also for small children). Philippe is very warm, nice and friendly. The cottage is located 15 minutes from the slopes of Métabief and is even more beautiful in real life than in photos! We loved our stay and would recommend this host and place without a second thought!

This cottage is a real favorite! Comfort is at the rendezvous, the equipment is impeccable and the cleanliness is exemplary. It feels right at home. The location is perfect for hiking and nature lovers. The terrace offers a beautiful view.

Amazing modern house, with beautiful views, perfectly located in Malbuisson (close pool, walks, lake on foot, not far from ski resorts, polar park, cross country skiing, a few restaurants, supermarkets...), with lots of sleeping and bathrooms, 2 lounge areas, large balconies, an open garden with swings, plenty of parking spaces, a garage to store outdoor equipment... Perfect for large groups of friends/families. Duvets and blankets to choose from, and quite in number. Plenty of dishes, everything you need in the kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, lots of space in several fridges/freezers (no hair dryer found). Several sleds available. The owners are very friendly, and live right next door (reassuring in case of any worries). We recommend it without hesitation! Provide basic equipment (garbage bags, dishwashing products, hygiene products...)

Very friendly people in a very relaxing green setting, well located on the heights with a wonderful view of the small village and its church with a colorful bell tower. Need to have a car but close to Switzerland, easily accessible for skiing in winter, hiking in summer and next to Métabief for downhill mountain bikers. A slice of heaven that I recommend.

We had an idyllic stay, surrounded by nature and snow. The cottage is spacious and convenient for a week with family and friends. The kitchen is large and practical, the bedrooms are numerous so that everyone has their own space and the living room is welcoming. The stay went by too quickly but left us with unforgettable memories.

We spent a very pleasant week at Béatrice's, the cottage is ideally located (lakes, gazebos and waterfalls a few minutes by car), very well equipped and warm, full of games available for the whole family.

we had a great time hiking even though the weather was not great. there is a nice covered deck in the property which was a great place to sit and see the sun set (we had at least 1 day of sun during our stay).

A wonderful stay in a fantastic location! The house is a real gem with everything you need. To my taste, it could be a little more minimalist, but that's a matter of taste. The hosts were very nice and responsive to requests. Especially great for dog owners – very dog-friendly! I'd love to come back.

We were allowed to spend a very nice week in François' chalet as a family (2 adults, 2 children). François greeted us personally and showed us everything important in and around the chalet. He also gave us some tips for exploring the area. The chalet with the rooms, kitchen, and bathroom were very clean and as described in the pictures. The view from the living room to the lake is great! On our departure day, François came back so that we could check out together and say goodbye to François personally. We enjoyed the week very much and recommend the chalet as a very nice place to spend nice days in and around.
