Great place in Franciacorta, really close to everything you need

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was perfect—peaceful, surrounded by nature, yet still close to everything. The host was super friendly and gave us great tips for the area. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

A wonderful place A super comfortable villa with attention to detail. The exterior of the villa has a pool equipped ideal for spending days outside. The hosts were super helpful Timely responding to our requests. We'll definitely be back

Great place to stay in a quiet location. The home has all the amenities for a restful stay. Swimming pool, sun loungers etc. Lovely restaurant 100m from the property. Lots do in the local area.

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

The house is spacious, very modern and equipped with everything necessary, wifi is also very good. Bed was very comfy and we even had a few pillows to choose from which was great! The owner Anna is extremely friendly and cared a lot about our good experience. There are many hiking routes in the area and several restaurants to choose from. We can fully recommend this place, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Stefano is a very nice and polite host. The place was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing, breathtaking.. You could relax on the balcony watching boats moving across the lake or chilling in the garden enjoying the weather. Shop nearby with basic products. Also the bus stop is not too far. We had a great stay at Luigi's house. The accommodation it was exactly as described, very very clean and perfect located for visite all the region, the lake Como and Milano city. Luigi was a great host, friendly and very fast responsive. We kindly recommend the house. For sure we will book the accommodation without hesitate next time.

We loved this place! Very convenient location a few minute walk from the ferry and close by to all the shops and restaurants. We were greeted immediately by Gaia who showed us where our apartment was. Very accommodating and sweet hosts. Very clean apartment as well. Loved it!

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.

We spent 5 days there and we are delighted with the stay on the shores of the lake, alternating between visits and hikes. monica was responsive and flexible on arrival which was nice.

Recently renovated accommodation with quality materials (floors, exposed beams, electric skylights, very efficient double glazing, secure doors), good location in relation to the lake or train station, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and even a large garage easy to access for a car or several motorcycles; plus a terrace to the east, with mountain views, ideal for breakfast. Greta was always very responsive and cordial in our exchanges; very convenient arrival with an easy-to-find key box. A property worth recommending!

The accommodation is very well located, easily accessible from Milan. Good restaurants nearby, lively street but no noise in the apartment because away from the street. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, be careful with young children as there are stairs without a railing.

Beautiful the location is wonderful. The villa is quiet, and well maintained. The host is very helpful and accommodating. In short it’s an ideal villa for a lovely stay in this region for families.

Excellent place to stay and great hosts. Nice area, it’s about an hour’s walk to the old city, a bit more if you follow the greenway but a nicer route. Parking place is at the property and easy to find. Highly recommended.

For us, it was an extraordinary experience. The apartment was very clean, equipped with everything you need. We were two couples, and we had plenty of privacy, but we also spent time together in the bright living room with a view of the lake. Roberta was always responsive to our messages. I highly recommend this accommodation.
