Condo vacation rentals in Valbonne

A nice apartment that is just as shown in the pictures. Only in the kitchen I missed some utensils. Street parking was always available and there was usually a breeze on the terrace. In the evening, unfortunately, the mosquitoes joined us. The beaches in the area are very nice and we also liked some cities. Unfortunately, public transport ran only every hour on some routes in June.

A small comfortable accommodation for a few nights and not too far from the beach (5 min walk) and the city center (25 min walk, it's a nice walk along the sea). We enjoyed our stay in this small studio despite thin wall insulation... The accommodation is easy to access, parking just across the street from the residence, everything was clean upon arrival! Everything you need is there for a pleasant stay and the host was very responsive and communicative :)

Thank you for the wonderful stay, we were allowed to spend the last week in the studio of Dominique and his wife. The garden and pool are amazing and we fell in love with the south of France. But you should definitely book a rental car. We'll be back for sure!

You have a great view from the terrace of the apartment. You probably need a car to get there, but its worth it. Muriel responded very quickly on the messages and we found everything wee needed in the apartment. To stay near grasse its a very good apartment.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the local train station, which made getting around the French Riviera incredibly easy. The area felt very safe and the view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. It’s also close to all the best spots along the coast, so whether you’re heading to Monaco, Cannes, or Èze, everything is within reach. The place itself was clean and well-kept — exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was very good , Jean-Pierre is very friendly and has all the info you need. Inside you find even more info of where to go and the prices for bus and train so that is a plus for who doesnt do well with internet and online scheduals. The kitchen had all you need to cook healthy and at home meals. He was very thoughtful and had water for us and wine which was pleasent to see! Thank you again Jean-Paul for the lovey stay!

Excellent apartment for those who love tranquility surrounded by nature. We were on bicycles and the climb that leads to the house is quite challenging, but it was worth the effort. Beautiful terrace where we dined. Clean and welcoming environment. Recommended.

Khadija’s apartment is absolutely lovely with everything you could need. It has a lovely balcony too with a lovely view and a really comfy basket chair! It was exactly as shown in the pictures and Khadija was an amazing host with very quick response times! The only downside was that the apartment was fairly far from Nice city centre (about 35 mins on the tram) however this wasn’t too much of an issue as the tram stop is very close to the apartment and also one of the national train stations (Nice St Augustine- so great for doing day trips to surrounding places!)

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. This place was incredibly convenient, located very close to the Cannes Lions venue. Whenever I had any issues, the host responded immediately, which was a huge help. The amenities and thoughtful touches—like slippers and other essentials—went far beyond any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Cannes. Truly exceptional hospitality.

We stayed here midway through our 2 week European adventure and thought we could use some downtime. This was the perfect spot!!! We walked to all the restaurants, the shops, the beach, and the market. I would absolutely stay here again! It was awesome to have space, and the accommodations were perfect for a family of 4. You won’t regret staying here!

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood lots of restaurants and shops very walkable to everything. Very close to the harbor and beach clubs.

Super kind and flexible host😊 We loved staying in Cannes!

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

You can go there without a second thought! Everything was perfect for us in this wonderful accommodation: a large underground parking lot, delicious bedding, spacious spaces, a connected music system throughout the apartment, superb dishes, modern amenities, a large balcony, a rooftop pool...; for the outdoor environment: the beach is within walking distance in 5 min with delicious restaurants (favorite is La Cabane), also 5 min from the building full of shops, McDonalds, Action, Pharmacy, Lidl, Paul (+Grand Frais opening soon)... In short, if there was a competition for the perfect accommodation, it would certainly win the cup!

Very good hosting. The apartment is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the city center and the beach. It is also functional with excellent decoration. We're doing it very well. And the best part, the terrace overlooking the sea and its boats. Thank you also for all the little touches that were waiting for us and that saved us from running to fill up! We'll be there again.

We had a wonderful week with Marie-Jo in her apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every one magical!! The apartment is a 45-55 minute walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. However, there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for €10 a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

The most incredible place! It’s exactly like the photos if not better. Beautiful interiors, and some lovely touches, plus great quality linen and towels (the beds are huge!) It’s extremely quiet and peaceful and it’s an added bonus to use the pool. One of my favourite stays in an airbnb. Xavier was kind letting us drop bags early and accommodated an early check out for us. Merci!
