Fully equipped, it offers 2 bedrooms, veranda, garden, heated swimming pool from June to September accessible from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Wi-Fi. Bienvenue au gîte de l’écuyer . Cadre exceptionnel pour cette maison individuelle au cœur du village, avec son jardin privatif. Promenades en forêt à partir de votre gîte. Découverte du land art, du sentier botanique de 30 mn environ, randonnées de 1h à 4h où plus avec le GR au pied du château. Restauration aux caves de Marson délicieux restaurant troglodytique de fouées (à 1mn à pied) . Visite du Cadre noir à 5mn. A 10 mn de la Loire, de Saumur et de ses nombreux sites touristiques.

Pour accéder à la Loire et au sentier du ruisseau des Moulins, vous emprunterez le GR 3 au départ de la maison.🌳 Vous pourrez aussi profiter des nombreuses activités estivales : vélo, canoé, balades en bateau, concerts/guinguettes...🌻

Charming 3-star gîte with fireplace with a large flowery and wooded garden of 1200 m2. GR trails in front of the house, the gîte is conveniently located between ANGERS and SAUMUR. Come and make a bucolic stop in our beautiful 16th century gîte, fully restored with its exposed stones. It is located in a village on the banks of the Loire classified as a "village of character". From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

Our 3* Gite sleeps up to 6 people and offers beautiful and peaceful surroundings, with views from your own terrace. Access to large in-ground heated pool (10x5x1.5m) and gardens. Bicycle hire is also available. It’s living accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms (1x double, 2 singles & 1x bunk), a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and large living / dining area, complete with log burner, vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Washing machine and dryer is available in separate building.

We are Lydia and Lionel, our cottage is nestled 2 steps from the Loire in the heart of Anjou between the tuffeau houses of Saumurois, the slates of Trélazé, the vineyards of the Layon hillsides, the castles of the Loire, the beautiful bike and hiking trails along the Loire as well as canoeing on the Loire. A "tasting" walk on a Gabarre... An exceptional moment on the Loire... Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space completely renovated with local materials.

"Tokyo" gîte at the Château de la Mulonnière

In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

Cottage du Figuier between Angers and Saumur

The Figuier Cottage is AIR-CONDITIONED, very comfortable and convenient. It opens onto a pretty, quiet, private garden with garden furniture and sun loungers. Full and well-equipped kitchen. Excellent bed. It is one of the outbuildings of the Château de la Giraudière, in a 15-hectare park, with a walk in the woods and meadows that descend towards the small pond. Large shared swimming pool (12.5 m x 5.5 m) that is never overcrowded!
