Vacation rentals in Val-du-Faby

Helen & Graham’s cottage is a lovely wooden and stone traditional and cosy home in the beautiful French Catalan Pyrénées région with astonishing views over the mountains. They are welcoming and kind and gave us a lot of proposals to enjoy winter in the mountains with the family: skiing, “la luge”, traditional and local shops and markets. A great vacation and a lovely place to welcome the New Year in the heart of nature. We appreciated that everything was hand crafted with environnementally friendly design. One could write short stories or create art works in such an inspiring spot. Will definetely recommend it to people in search of peace and silence.

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Vi hade underbara dagar på det vackra gamla stenhusets terrass med utsikt mot den fina, privata poolen som hör till huset. Fina promenader med hunden nära huset upp på kullarna och gott om väl markerade längre och kortare vandringsleder runt Cerét. Cerét är en fin och lugn liten stad och ligger i ett bra område för utflykter både inåt land längs floden mot bergen och ner till Medelhavet. Vår familj hade 11 fantastiska dygn hos Bernadette och som extra plus flög det flockar med biätare och en ormörn över poolen när vi låg och solade!

maison conforme à la description, super si vous êtes avec des petits car il y a a disposition des jouets pour enfants, mon fils était ravi! piscine propre malgré le soleil fuyant nous avons quand-même pu en profiter un peu elle était a 29!!! je recommande vivement la maison merci beaucoup ⭐

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Anne-Marie et Jan! Ils sont des hôtes exceptionnels et l’on voit bien qu’ils adorent partager leur coin de paradis! A notre arrivée, Jan nous avait préparé un feu de foyer extrêmement apprécié! La maison était confortable et a 100% comme sur les photos, une vue spectaculaire, des lits confortables et une cuisine complètement équipée. Je recommande!

Maison très bien rénovée, très fonctionnelle. La maison est très calme et idéalement placée, épicerie et station de ski très proches. Antione est disponible et de très bon conseil. Super séjour.
