Offering all the home comforts in a 2 story gite, with stunning river views and the large private deck. The property offers direct river access, and a river front fire pit. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Located just 5 minutes from the pretty local village with all essential amenities, and 20 minutes from the lively city of Bellac. Perfect for families, friends, and solo travelers.

Small cottage (classified 3 ***), isolated in the countryside, very cool with its 80 cm stone walls, equipped for 2, 4, or even 6 people in a small quiet village of Limousin. Single-story and adjoining our house, with a fenced garden. From October 1 to May 1, a flat rate of €15/night is required for electric heating, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in time is from 5 p.m. and check-out time is before 10 a.m. However, we remain flexible on these schedules. Animals allowed.

A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from October 6 to April 21) and garden furniture allows you to enjoy the sun; you can access it by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat alfresco and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
