We have booked this accommodation for our family of 4. It is suitable for 6, but the bedroom in the back is a doubter,so fine for 2 small kids, but 2 teenagers not :-). But sofa bed is perfect. Everything else is available in the house as described. You have 1 TV in living room and 1 in master bedroom. It was inconvenient that the shower nozzle holder was missing, this makes showering less convenient, I would fix this, because the shower itself is really wonderful. The car is safely parked at the bottom of the parking lot. Within walking distance is public transport which gives access to Disney ( 50 min.) and of course Paris 30/40 minutes. It depends on which connection you take. We thought it was easy to do and so did the kids, in Paris you also do everything by public transport and the card is valid for all transportation, except to the airport. We took a weekly receipt, practical and no hassle with tickets. Wonderful midweek, really super host in terms of contact. Highly recommended this property! Thank you! Fam.Pol.

Jean-Marie was very hospitable and flexible for our stay, staying up late to let us check in with a late arrival into Paris. He also gave us some nice recommendations for the nearby boulangerie and supermarket. The place was easy to live in and well-kept, with plenty of storage and a nice studio atmosphere. It was also super easy to go to the metro into Paris, and for us, walk to Bois de Vincennes for the We Love Green festival.

Exceptional stay in an apartment perfectly as described, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. Omar was available, responsive and very attentive throughout the stay. I highly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to come back on a future visit. Once again, thank you for everything!

Our stay was wonderful! Check in was quick and flexible. Sascha explained everything well and comprehensibly to us – there were no problems. A Lidl supermarket is about 10 minutes' walk away, and the tram station is just 5 minutes away. Thus, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. We had a lovely time with the family and felt completely comfortable. Thank you!

Airbnb at the top! We feel at home which makes the stay very pleasant. Especially when you have small children. I would this property. The description is accurate, very equipped. My 18-month-old baby was not disturbed and with the amenities available, she lived her stay at home. Loïc is an excellent host! Very responsive in answering our questions.

The stay was perfect, Mathilde and Paul are hosts concerned about the well-being of the tenants and very discreet! The accommodation is very well located with a bus stop at the end of the street + RER next door and the environment is very quiet. Perfect for a long stay! Thanks!

A perfect stay! The apartment is exactly as described: clean, well decorated, comfortable and very conveniently located. It feels like home. The host was very responsive and attentive, with small touches that make all the difference. I would 100% recommend it and will not hesitate to return on my next visit.

Truth be told, this was my very first time booking an AirBnb so I had no idea what to expect, and after staying here for a week, I believe this is the standard of how it should be. Francoise has been an absolute sweetheart since day 1, and even though my French is nonexistent, through Google Translate, she has extremely accommodating, like wanting to give me another blanket for the cold weather and even wanting to make a cup of coffee for me when I mentioned to her I didn't make one in the morning I was leaving because I was too busy packing. I can say with 100% certainty that if I am ever in France again, this would be the first place I would consider staying in. Thank you again Francoise for making my first time in France a welcoming experience

nice owner, always available, very nice apartment, spacious and very accessible, I can't wait to stay there for my next trips.

Host is very helpful and very responsive. Place is nice and clean, near to train station which made easy to travel, just in 1-2 min walk supermarket is located to buy stuff if needed. Disneyland is near and has direct train connectivity.
