Great place with vibrant atmosphere. Large well furnished kitchen and a wonderful living room space. The ambient lighting and large projector were a lovely addition to the living space. Paired with a great sound system, it transformed the living space into a cinema like atmosphere. Would definitely book again if I had the chance to go to Paris.

Everything was very good. Good apartment for the money. Convenient and cheap (2.5 euros) to get to the center of Paris without transfers on one metro line. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the metro. Very responsive owner. He responded to all our requests and questions quickly and in a friendly manner. We will definitely come back again. We didn't have time to see everything in a week!

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Helder and Sandrine’s home was AMAZING. Fit our family of 10 very comfortably and it was gorgeous, new and clean. The yard was a gorgeous garden that we all enjoyed so much. We left another Airbnb early because of not good conditions and reached out to them to ask if we could come a day early and they did everything they could to accommodate us right away. They met us in person when we arrived and gave us a tour and they felt like family to us right away. They helped us with any questions immediately every time. They were the best hosts I’ve ever had experience with on Airbnb. They showed us every possible kindness and made sure we had all we needed and more. Amazing home and amazing hosts!

It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort. Great stay in Roussy. Was great to have an extra washroom and the sofa bed was the most comfortable of all 5 places we stayed in Europe. Also appreciated the bottled water and treats upon arrival. Was so welcome after a long day travelling. Nice little village with lots of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful! The apartment is as described and very comfortable (single mum, 2 kids 10&6). The apartment has everything you need. I ordered groceries via Uber eats as it was easier than dragging the kids out to the shops and that was very easy. Getting to Disney was 12 euros in a taxi, again you can do the bus but I wanted to save our legs for Disney! We went into Paris, again this was easy we took an uber to the Disney station (12 euro) and then the RER train. The instructions were really clear for check in and out and Lara was only a what’s app message away if I needed to ask anything. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t definitely come again.

Great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating—he even installed a bidet spray upon my request. The apartment is extremely well-equipped (perhaps even over-equipped!), very clean, and located in a safe, gated community with private parking (huge plus if you're traveling by car). It's perfect for families or groups, with clear check-in/out instructions and easy access to supermarkets, pharmacies, and the metro to central Paris. A few things to note: the apartment’s many amenities can limit storage space if you have a lot of luggage. Families with young kids (under 4) should be cautious as there are breakable valuable items. Also, the detailed instructions may feel a bit much for some, and the beds might be short for people over 180 cm. Overall, highly recommended!
