Vacation rentals with a home theater in Val d'Europe

We had a wonderful 4-day family stay at this Paris apartment. The location was convenient — just 25 to 30 minutes from all the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city each day. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious enough for our family and felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to public transport, shops, and bakeries. The hosts were helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families visiting Paris!

Hadrien was a great host. He was responsive and very proactive when one of my guests had an issue with her bathroom. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean, the instructions on how to get into the apartment were straightforward and easy to follow, and all the amenities listed were available in the apartment. The location is not the best, if you are ok with taking a train from belleville to the city center that takes about 20-30 minutes total time each day, which we had no issues with, then you are good to go. If not this may not be the place for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we are passing through Paris. 👍🏻

This was a wonderful and quiet place to stay. I work in technology and worked for this unit all week long and WIFI was fast and reliable. There is a grocery store right next door and it was open until 10pm making my adjusted evening work schedule easier so I could grab evening snacks and meal items. Great restaurants along the street too. The street is not busy so there was little traffic noise which can be rare in big cities. The unit had a nice warm homey lived in feel. Bruno was always responsive and very helpful.

Would definitely stay again now that I know how to find the place.

We are used to key handovers in the famous small boxes, but what a pleasure to find Airbnbs with super warm people, who love to welcome and share. Our 2-year-old daughter, and we ourselves, were delighted with the accommodation and the garden so peaceful with the many possible activities… Swing, togoban, bouncy castles, what more could you ask for? We had a last-minute obligation that forced us to change our check-in time. Didier helped us a lot to honor an appointment and respond to this unforeseen event. We found a welcoming and warm person. He even helped us a lot with "little unimportant things" that made our lives much easier. Small touches that speak volumes about his kindness and willingness to be "a Host". Thank you! In short, an ideal place to rest and recharge. As time passed quickly, it was important to us to give, not an opinion, but a little touch of sincerity on the setting, the welcome and the personality of our Host! Everything was in accordance with the text and photos. Except perhaps the human warmth and distinction of Didier, which cannot be described, but shared. Take the time to discover it, it's a beautiful interlude.

The appartement is spacious and cozy, located in small beautiful street. There are metro stations in walking distance, which go straight to the centre of Paris. Vincennes is a very lovely part of the city, with a beautiful castle, a big park, and nice restaurants which are mostly visited by locals. I can warmly recommend this appartement.
