An unforgettable stay at Sam's! Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and a real sense of hospitality. Sam is an exceptional host: responsive, caring and always ready to help to make the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was impeccable – clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly as advertised (if not better!). We immediately feel at home there. The location is also ideal, whether for relaxation or exploring the surrounding area. Thanks Sam for a great experience! I would recommend it without so much as a second thought, and I will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and historical Paris home. The area was peaceful and felt like a quiet retreat, yet it was just steps away from charming cafes, shops, and cultural sites—plenty to explore nearby without needing to go far. The home itself is full of character and stories, and it was a unique experience to stay in such a special place. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the entire stay, always available when we had questions. One of the highlights was that they graciously allowed my daughter to use the piano, which made the experience even more memorable for us. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Paris in a relaxing and culturally rich setting!

Air b&b favorite ❤️ So much to say: Second stay, and as soon as we arrive the location gives us the first notes of this relaxing stay. First of all a bright driveway leading to the entrance door of the b&b air. Always on the same continuity a beautiful exterior including dining table and two sunbeds on a beautiful lawn to spend a moment of relaxation and calm☺️. Then arrived the entrance to the first room which offers a large space with a round table as before, with added to that an equipped kitchen. As for the bathroom, what comfort❤️, walk-in shower, hot water all in extreme cleanliness❤️. And of course the nails of the show, a bedroom with a window with the most comfortable bedding we have had to date❤️. Air b&b beyond our expectations, not to mention the host who is incredibly kind. Thank you for this magical second quiet stay, a bubble apart❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Quiet apartment in a quiet (but convenient) part of town, a block away from Buttes Chaumont Park, which is a really lovely and peaceful place.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's beautiful studio apartment. It has everything you need for a great stay and Laura was really helpful and kind. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony looks out over a lovely garden below. The apartment is situated in the residential area of Canal Saint-Martin with lots of nice cafes and casual restaurants where you can sit outside and have a coffee or glass of wine. It is close to a number of metro stations, as well as places to rent bikes, so it is very easy to travel around Paris. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can. Merci beaucoup, Laura! :)

We loved staying at Isabell’s place. Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Beautiful garden. Easy and quick access to D line into the city. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and eating at local restaurants. The Cafe right outside the RER station is fantastic. Isabelle is a lovely host, very personable and kind. We would definitely stay with her again!

Hannah and Reuben's flat was a dream! Private, secure, and full of unique Parisian charm, it was exactly as described and wonderful to stay in. Close to the Metro, it was a lovely spot to retreat to after a day out and about.

Antoine is an absolutely amazing host. He was there to greet me when I arrived and was very flexible with my arrival time. I stayed a total of three weeks, with two small trips in between and he was very accommodating with helping me out to save some costs. He came in between to change the towels and bed sheets, and brought a heater for me because the building hadn’t turned it on yet. He was thoughtful with his check-ins and always made sure I had everything I needed. The place was clean and very comfortable for one person. I was able to walk to 6 different metro stops (possibly more), all within 10 minutes. As a light sleeper, blackout shutters for the windows were also amazing. He has everything you’d need in the apartment but very responsive if you find anything lacking. Overall, very satisfied with my stay.

Just what we were looking for. A useful, functional apartment in a great part of Paris. Easy access for anywhere you want to go, and great to enjoy the balcony at night. Raphael is a responsive host as well - we would stay again!

Stayed in Franck’s home while he was away on vacation. It’s nice and feels like a home. Franck’s communication is stellar.

This AirBnB was phenomenal. Julia was a very responsive and helpful host. As four college girls we felt very safe around the area at night and in the AirBnB. The space was clean and very homey. I would recommend to anyone!

We spent 6 days in this place. It's a great apartment, in a very quiet private residence. Waking up in the morning was done to the sound of birds. The apartment is very nice, the bedding is great. The only negative point would be that there is almost no pressure in the bathroom, but that would be nitpicking! It is close to the metro, there is a super bakery a 5-minute walk away. In short, if we were to return to Paris, we would not hesitate for a single minute to rebook this place.

We had a wonderful stay here! The apt is beautiful and spacious with a very large private garden space and is close to public transit. Alain and Eric were so helpful and communicative - we would definitely recommend staying here!

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is very well decorated. It is ideally located next to the RER A. For 2 people it's fine. For 3 or 4 people it's a little fair since you have to unfold the sofa in the living room and there is a window without a shutter so the day enters the room.

We had a lovely long Easter weekend at Françoise's. This house was clean and perfect for a big group. The location was excellent

A little far from the center but very quiet, comfortable, clean and close to the metro. Celine provided us with very clear explanations and helpful tips for our stay.

The local mall and designer village are a short walk away and there is a local bus stop that takes you straight to the disney park in 10 minutes. Great distance from Disneyland. We also did a day trip into central Paris, again easy transport links with the local train station. The apartment was spacious and the kids loved exploring

Amazing place. Location 10, very well conected with public transport, 5 mins from Disneyland park on Bus and very safe zone (Magny le Hongre) to be in family. The condo is so clean and complete for 5-7 persons. Exactly like pictures. Nizar is a great host, very kind and respectful with us. 10/10 option in Paris.
