Welcoming host, accommodation as described, the setting is pleasant and peaceful. If I have to come back to the Boursay area and look for accommodation, I would not hesitate to check the availability of the Gonardière cottage. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful house nestled in the heart of Perche. The place is a haven of peace: absolute calm, soothing views of the garden, and an atmosphere conducive to rest and disconnection. The house itself is tastefully decorated and everything is designed to make you feel good and access to the pretty flower garden is a real plus. Hong and Eric were very welcoming and gave us valuable advice on things to do and visit in the area. A relaxing stay in a beautiful setting, which we can only warmly recommend. We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation is beautifully arranged and tastefully decorated. The apartment was sparkling clean, which is very nice. A particularly pleasant little bonus: a small outdoor courtyard, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink at the end of the day, under the last rays of sunshine. The location is also perfect: - a stone's throw from the city center, which allows easy access to restaurants, bars and shops, - parking spaces are right in front of the accommodation. Host is responsive and provides clear and accurate instructions.

Thanks to Céline and her family for their hospitality, kindness, and thoughtful touches. The accommodation is very nicely arranged and decorated, very welcoming. A quiet place but close to tourist sites (without forgetting the Le Mans circuit). We would recommend it in a second.

A big thank you to Johann, super clear welcome message! access to the garden is fantastic, it's the most beautiful private garden I've ever seen in my life, it's worth the detour, I just regret not being able to work there (missing a small table and chair) Otherwise fridge with the capacity to accommodate large bottles, impeccable bedding, nickel bathroom! All in the freshness, and in good smells. This accommodation is a little gem for 2 people! Johann even dropped us off at my request with wooden cooking utensils... I would recommend this place 200%

We spent a weekend at Sabrina's for the 24h of Le Mans. We were pleasantly surprised, on the one hand by the environment and the calm of the building as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation. This studio is aptly named (the nest). Very well equipped and nicely decorated in a very quiet area. Marion is very friendly, available, smiling. A must-see place for a quiet stay near the Loir.
