Stabburet har strøm, men ikke innlagt vann eller toalett. Gjester kan bruke dusj og toalett i hovedhuset som ligger 30 m unna. Om vinteren finner to ulike skianlegg bare 15 minutter unna leiligheten; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” og “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.
