Great place in Perledo. Close to market and bus station. 7 min drive to Varena. Very fast communication and clear guide.

Everything here was amazing. Federica was super responsive and welcoming at check-in. The view was perfect, and it’s very easy to walk to the city. Also the hosts recommended a private boat tour with a really great captain, highly recommend. Air condition works well too. Overall amazing place to stay.

Amazing Airbnb in the centre of Como. Having alone 3 bedrooms and one living room is outstanding. Communication was perfect, quick response and clear. Can only recommend this place - we were only there for one night because we were on a bike trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Nice apartment in the beautiful Blevio region. Easy to access with a car and just a short walk away from a very high quality Momi restaurant on the shore!

the location was very good . host was very friendly and helpful. the bedrooms are in upstairs and there are about 15 steps just for who this may concern. I will definitely come back here. thank you

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

Beautiful stay with an incredible view of Lake Como! The location was perfect - close to restaurants and nice that had private parking. Anna was great, easy instructions and great pictures. The place was very clean, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable bedding and just as described. Highly recommend!

The place was insanely good! The amenities in particular were above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

Monica and her son welcomed us warmly and helped us with our many suitcases. Upon our arrival, we found a small tart with our names on the dining table. Monica left us things for breakfast and also something for dinner. There was also a minibar (for a fee). The place was super clean. We were able to spread out over the terraces and the garden and enjoy the great view. Would definitely come again!

The place was really beautiful and partly really cute. Communication with the host worked out great. However, one should be aware that the path to the accommodation differs greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute tranquility and a fantastic environment.

This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

The home was great! Large enough for our family to spread out yet quaint. The owners were so sweet and we barely knew they were there. Every question was answered quickly about where to shop and eat. We had plenty of linens and toiletries left for us including charcoal and laundry and dish soap. We had all we needed to cook for our family of 4. There are a lot of stairs which was described in the listing.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The views are even better than the photos! It was absolutely beautiful, what a special place to stay. We loved the spa facilities too and the host was really friendly and helpful. Fully recommend!

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.

Michele’s condo was perfect! We walked there easily from the Milan Central Station, enjoyed coffee on his balcony, appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and strolled the streets. Communication and check in were prompt and clear. We especially loved the elevator! Thank you Michele!

The communication in advance was very friendly and the check-in was therefore easy and relaxed. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The apartment is great and we immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. I have rarely experienced this. We will be happy to come back and I can recommend this place 100%.

What’s to say. Firstly, Valentina is a dream host. Every communication was answered immediately and she gave us some great tips for restaurants (the pizza restaurant in Bellagio was excellent) where to park, shop, and for a boat trip. Without doubt a five star+ host. The apartment was perfect for us. Quiet, relaxing, equipped with everything you could need…and the there is THAT VIEW. I could spend the whole week gazing out at the lake and the mountains. If, or should I say when we return to the Italian lakes, this will be the first place we look for.
