Townhome vacation rentals in Vaca Key

Highly recommend this location and townhome. Everything was really clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Our children really enjoyed the huge pool and the area attractions. Our favorite spots to send time were Sombrero Beach and Sandspur Beach at Bahia Honda State Park. We rented a boat for a few days and went out to the Sombrero Reef and the sandbar. So much fun! We are definitely coming back to stay at this home again.

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful, relaxing, and right on the water. We spent so much time unwinding on the dock, soaking in the beautiful views and enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. The Marathon area was a fantastic place to explore, offering everything we needed for an unforgettable getaway. We loved being close to state parks for hiking and wildlife spotting, as well as having access to amazing restaurants serving fresh seafood. Bike rentals were nearby, making it easy to explore the area at a leisurely pace. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, this is the place to be!

Wonderful place to stay with a great location. Very private community with a heated pool and a great view of the Gulf side of the island. Sit at the pool and enjoy watching the kids fish at the dock.

The place was very clean and organized. our host, John, gave clear, and prompt direction. Our family are already planning our next trip to one of John's places.

Claire had an emergency which caused her to forget to contact house cleaning but she was awesome to work with and went over and above to make it right when we told her of the problem. You won’t find a more beautiful private place to stay. Location is as good as it gets. Claire was a great host and we really appreciated it.

we found this house to be an amazing location and very comfortable. host was readily available whenever we contacted her. maintenance guy is super nice and super cool and so very accommodating. would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Islamorada.

Had a great week here. 6 adults and we had plenty of room in the House. Could not say enough good things about Susan and her maintenance guys, so helpful with things to do and recommended great restaurants. Very responsive and helpful in every way. Highly recommend this House.

Couldn’t have imagined a better stay, view, location, convenience for our boat up staycation. It was perfection! Bonus, balcony overlooking the canal doubled as my yoga studio!!

I will look to stay here again when we return to fish or do any visiting. Having a private dock, Great! Pool, Great! Fishing, Great! Animals allowed, Great! Sunrises, Great! ......

This home is in a beautiful location on the Florida Keys in Key Colony. It has free access to a private beach club less than a 1/4 mile away with lounge chairs on the beach, a restaurant/bar, store and pool. It was well apportioned with everything for our one week stay including laundry detergent, dishwasher, soap, shampoo & conditioner and coffee to get us started. So if you travel light, you can easily decompress and relax! There are several restaurants within a mile yet the home is on a quiet street with zero traffic, everyone is friendly. Ava, the property manager was excellent in communications and once we settled in, we were left alone to enjoy the Keys! We would definitely return to this home, we had a wonderful escape from winter! This place was really nice. The location was amazing, you are basically surrounded by water, you have most of the amenities of a hotel (gym, pool), and it’s quiet at the same time. The pool was very warm, and clean. There are two porches, which both have amazing views of the water. The furnishings are all modern, and the place was very well cleaned. The area was great, right in the middle of the Keys, much quieter than Key West, but lots of stuff to do, and a reasonable drive to both Key West and Miami.

Jesus was a great host. Very accommodating and responds quickly. The home was great and just what we needed. The views from the corner unit were beautiful. The dock for our boat was secure and easy to find. We would definitely come back here!

Great location! Quiet, serene and peaceful . Need to bring the boat next time, Duck Key Marina is literally right around the corner. The unit was clean and beds were comfy. The porch was a great place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Just an FYI bring your own corkscrew. Thanks for a great stay!

The townhouse was in a beautiful location and was very clean. The kitchen was supplied with spices and some basic needs until you went grocery shopping. We had a very nice time and could sit on the back porch and look at the awesome view every minute of the day! There was a lovely pool on the property and anything we wanted to do was conveniently located to the property. We would love to come back!

We loved staying at Jesus' place. It was very comfortable and felt like home. There were little things that could use some upkeep but it didnt effect our stay and enjoyment. The location and grounds are absolutely beautiful. We look forward to booking with him in the future.

Fantastic location and view! The pool wasn't heated but we were told that ahead of time. If you want a heated pool their unit next door does have one. there was a jacuzzi but it was very dirty and we were unable to use it. The owners did send someone out but they were unable to clean and fix it properly. If you can look past a lot of small things this is a perfect place to stay for those looking for a great boating location. Host were very responsive and extremely nice.

Our family of 5 with grown teen/adults, loved staying at Bonefish. The view of the marina, morning and night was peaceful. The townhome was spotless. We enjoyed the pool, loved that it was heated. Played pickle ball. Met some nice folks and they gave lots of local hangout recommendations. Franks Grill was fantastic, but make reservations. The beach down the road was a little disappointing, it is covered in mass amounts of seaweed. Beds were comfy. Overall very relaxing vacation!! The place was beautiful, would recommend and stay here again if ever back in Marathon.

What a great space! The place was exactly as described, very clean and welcoming, with all the amenities. The community pool was great, and the condo location was perfect for our family trip. Ana was very responsive and answered any questions immediately. I highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peaceful Palms, it has the best ocean views! The home had everything we needed for a week’s stay and the teenage boys loved the gaming room. Local recommendations for food and activities were very helpful.

Wonderful home and we had a great stay. The only thing we experienced was that the master bedroom air vent didn’t work and air didn’t flow through the duct which caused the room to be hot. Everything else was perfect

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Felt right at home. Close by restaurants and views are just awesome.

Charity's place was perfect! She was really responsive and quick to answer with any questions. You can't find a better location. Very close to wonderful beaches, awesome kayak launches, places to snorkel, restaurants and parks. The accommodation was sparkling clean, very comfortable and newly remodeled. Great parking with a nice area to sit outside for morning coffee or afternoon drinks and watch and listen to the birds. I can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay. Centrally located in the keys so easy travel to all the keys.

Being unexpected and booking the day-of because of complications at another place, Josè was amazing and got us a clean place to stay in a matter of hours with multiple checks on how everything is looking. Beautiful house with gorgeous pool and access to the water through a canal. Close to everything and really nice placement altogether. My daughter was able to run around the neighborhood training for track and never had a feeling of worry around her. Really great place and would definitely book again!
