The cottage is a log-built horse farm old main house and is about 100 years old. In 2010, the cottage was renovated from floor to ceiling. The cottage is 45 square meters and includes a bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. The cottage is located on the grounds of a horse farm, and there are horses and cats on the property. You can greet the horses by appointment. The hosts live in the same yard. Pets are allowed in our cottage. The landscape changes by the four seasons: in winter the house is surrounded by snow, in spring the flowers appear, in summer the greenery and berries, and in autumn the leaves turn colourful. The house is between a river and forest. It is decorated in light and blue colours; sunny yellow dishes add a colorful touch. The large living room windows open to the south, and the sun shines on the yard and porch all day long.

That’s intentional. You light the sauna, pump water from the lake, and cook on gas or an open fire at the laavu. Note: this stay requires basic outdoor skills. You must be comfortable making fires, bringing your own sheets and drinking water, and doing the final cleaning before checkout.
