Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

The cottage is a log-built horse farm old main house and is about 100 years old. In 2010, the cottage was renovated from floor to ceiling. The cottage is 45 square meters and includes a bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. The cottage is located on the grounds of a horse farm, and there are horses and cats on the property. You can greet the horses by appointment. The hosts live in the same yard. Pets are allowed in our cottage. Welcome to stay in this new, peaceful sauna cabin. Here you can relax in the soft steam of the wooden sauna and stay in a cozy cabin. The sauna cabin is 26m2 in total. On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace. Families with children are welcome: travel crib, high chair, potty, dishes, games, etc. In the kitchen you can prepare your own meals. Sheets and towels are included in the same price.

NOTE: Cleaning fee of 90,- will be charged if the guests don't clean the cottage to the same condition it was while arriving.
