You will find great hiking and walking trails as well as excellent bike paths in the nearby forest or along the river. There are still numerous activities nearby, such as a swimming pool, museums, a zoo, a riding stable, a large golf course and much more. You can quickly reach Winterthur, St.Gallen, Lake Constance by car

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).

The attic loft on the Swiss shore of Lake Constance is perfect for vacationers and business travelers looking for exceptional accommodations with a unique panoramic lake view. The apartment is functional and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Parking is available and the train station as well as the lake can be reached in a few steps. The upstairs apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom (bed 160cm) and a living room with sofa bed. Second bedroom (bed 140cm) is adjacent to the apartment. A small seating area with a covered smoking area is also available. Allergy sufferers: pets live in the lower area of the house. Smokers: only outside!

Discover the area from our ideally located apartment. Visit the nearby Chocolarium comfortably by bus or on foot. Good train connections to Zurich, St. Gallen and Lake Constance make our apartment in Flawil the perfect starting point for your excursions. Shopping and a beautiful children's playground are in the immediate vicinity.
