The listing matched the images. Furniture is a bit outdated, but cozy. We enjoyed the view of the river from the large window. A big plus was the sauna and this gigantic tranquility.

The cottage included all the amenities and it was easy to vacation there. The sauna had good steam and a nice dip in between the steam in Teno. Messaging with Nina went smoothly. Highly recommend!

This place and its surroundings are simply so beautiful! As much coziness, peace and quiet as you can wish for. And still so much to do and see! We recommend a day trip to Tanamunningen / Høyholmen as well as exploration of the nature just around the cottage, snow shoes made that easy. We were a bit unlucky with the weather as can always happen but the house absolutely made up for that: great sauna, fireplace, grilling sausage outside by the fire in the snow and playing board games and simply watching the amazing landscape. we had a lovely stay. There would also have been a sauna in the wooden barrel (but unfortunately had too little time for this). Very good value for money. Marianne was very kind and very supportive.

The place was really nice. It was unbelievably nice to be able to use this place in its entirety at this price. I was so satisfied that I would like to come back to Finland just to stay here again. The fireplace and Finnish sauna are all freely available, and there is enough space to use very comfortably even for families. But it's hard to get there without a car. I recommend renting a car to get here.

Jussi was a great host! For a small fee he picked us up from Inari after we hat some car trouble. He showed us the cabin and how everything worked very patiend and gave is good tips for how to handle the fire during the night. He also organised a little tour with snowshoes for us and trusted us with the sauna - which was great. Everything was as expected and we enjoyed our short time there a lot.

The apartment fits 1-2 people well. It has everthing as described. It is close to the river and easy to walk to the town. Tina is kind and responsive. I felt safe and peaceful staying at her place. Thank you very much.

Everything was really perfect! We loved the fully equipped kitchen, the bed and the washing machine! The couch could be renewed, which is very saggy. We would come back here anytime 😊

First of all, Arvi was super friendly and communicative with us, he responded super fast and gave us many suggestions of where to go, times and with photos of the places. And apart he left us with his wife a super detail and a postcard of the place❤️ Secondly, the place was spotless, everything matched the photos and honestly doesn't do it justice to what you're going to see and the landscape in front of you. And last but not least, the location of the cabin is ideal to get away from the people, the hustle and bustle and the city. The place is beautiful, super cozy, very intimate and romantic if you go as a couple, super quiet; we loved that in the room zero light comes in, then you sleep super rich. And you can see the auroras from the window or leave and you have them all above you, it was a magical experience and it couldn't be a better place than there. We are delighted and amazed, will be back some day. Highly recommended, 100/10 🤩

For some reason. I did not realize the apartment was 3 bedrooms, so I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Apartment was exactly as advertised and in a beautiful quiet area. We took the bus from Rovaneimi and the apartment was about a 12 minute walk form the station. Since we were here in the dead of winter, it was a little bit of a workout to find it dragging out checked bag with us, but we are fit and managed to get through it. Just be aware that if you are not very mobile, or have a lot of luggage, you may want to arrange a taxi. The reward you get for the location is the beautiful surroundings. We walked everywhere, including the Saaariselka ski resort, and had a fantastic time.

Fantastic wilderness cabin in a great location. We stayed during mid march and the fire stove kept us plenty warm throughout the day and night. The last logs put on the fire at night would keep the cabin above +10 C the following morning even when -16 C outside. The cabin has everything you need and then some for people who love the outdoors. Jori was always available online to give information and tips on ice fishing. We caught 3 fish on our first ever ice fishing experience. The lake can be explored on foot but snow shoes help. There is plenty to explore with other wilderness huts reachable by hiking on some of the islands. Views of the northern lights were spectacular on the lake. Remember to take plenty of water with you, particularly in winter so you don't have to collect from frozen lake. Would definitely love to come back some day.
