This apartment is excellent for budget travellers. It's located in the center of town, next to the main road. Close to all bars, restaurants and dive schools (College of Diving, Captain Morgan's and Paradise Divers across the street). Everything is within 5-10 minute walk (like the beach) and the supermarket is next door. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a long stay and has high speed internet. Cozy and recently renovated with a new bed, new fridge and new kitchen appliances.

Newly constructed studio apartment located on the bay front in the center of the town shoreline. Short walk to popular dive centers and restaurants, bars and clubs. Five minute walk to the ferry dock. The Beach Sunset Studio, part of the Paradise Regained properties is a simple, self-contained retreat, has panoramic views of the amazing sunset on the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks & Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.
