Each Bedroom has a separate entrance, both with a Queen Bed, full bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Ferry pick up is available upon request.

Check out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day ($185). 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80 (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property).

The Sandy Bay Beach-front Home is a beautiful "island-style" recently renovated, private residence with just under 2000 SF of open floor plan and 90 ft of beach front with great snorkeling just steps away. Great location and just a 15 minute walk outside of town center.
