Monthly Rentals in Utica

Wow! Must have been one of the best airbnb's we've ever stayed in. There was water in the fridge, snacks on the table and a very cute cat to welcome us. Perfect stay in the Mississippi nature!!

Earnestine and Leo were absolutely wonderful hosts. The space (we rented both the downstairs unit and the upstairs unit) was exactly what we needed to have a group living here comfortably for 2.5 months while we worked in Vicksburg. Earnestine and Leo live in the upstairs unit, which made them feel like friendly neighbors in addition to being good hosts. They were communicative, really responsive with any issues we had, and are just really nice people. We’ve passed on the airbnb listing so our colleagues in Vicksburg can recommend it to other visiting groups that need longer term housing.

We highly recommend this beautiful cottage. The cottage is well stocked with everything we needed. The property is lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. If you’re in this area, don’t miss this cottage!

Had a great stay at Rachel’s place. Everything was as described and fit our needs perfectly. Rachel was extra accommodating and responsive to us when we had a request, which is always a good feeling when communicating with hosts. If we’re ever in the area again I would book Rachel’s place again!
