Monthly Rentals in Usgao-Ganjem VP

This is the second time we are staying at Casa Sara and honestly it is a home away from home. The location is peaceful, very beautiful & well maintained. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the caretaker & the owner (Daryl) had kept a handwritten note & some Goan wine & pantry staples for us. Daryl is extremely friendly & hospitable. Staying in this 100 year old Portuguese bunglow is a cherished experience. The rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. We loved the ambience & the amenities. The place has everything for a comfortable homely long stay such as a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, mixer-grinder, water purifier, pots and pans and serve ware. There is a separate dining area & living room with a TV and a computer table. The house has other essential amenities such as washing machine, clothes dry rack and ironing stand. I would highly recommend this place, must visit! Thank you Daryl for being the best host & helping us have memories for life!

Suraj's apartment exceeded all our expectations—it was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a warm and inviting home away from home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every modern convenience we could ask for. Suraj was an exceptional host, always available, incredibly responsive, and genuinely invested in ensuring our stay was flawless. The location was unbeatable, nestled close to fantastic restaurants, convenient supermarkets, and charming shops, making everything easily accessible. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough—it’s an absolute treasure. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Goa!

The place looked exactly as the pictures, serene and peaceful. Though there are roasters around to balance the serenity. The property has 4 villas and a fairly private pool, which was the primary reason for my booking. The host had a seemingly straightforward check-in process with in-house availability of rented vehicles. My advise would be to rent a car instead of a scooty if you plan to head out post sundown as the roads are sometimes pitch dark in that area and street dogs might cause trouble. It takes about 5-10min on a vehicle to reach the highway and not many food options nearby. There is not much to do at the property except for the pool since there is no smart TV as well. But if you just want to soak in greenery and relax, this could be the perfect place. The interiors and the kitchen are quite earthy. The bathroom is as big as the room itself with a bathtub. The host sent us the home made Bebinca (Goan Dessert) on our last day too. Overall it was a good relaxing stay.

A memorable stay in Goa. Peaceful and lush green space with a private pool access is what I was looking for with my family. Close to Mapusa and other major markets of North Goa. One can easily go the beaches by self rentals car or bikes. Safe locality for late night excursions. Coming to the place it was clean had all the amenities required. Water pressure from the faucets was perfect, ample bathroom linens were provided. Mattress was super comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils for cooking. Online grocery delivery is available and restaurants also delivered to the place. Host has provided with a helper Bappi who is always available to help out and the maid comes regularly for cleaning which makes it comfortable to stay longer. Highly recommend to stay at Prashant ji's BnB if you are coming to Goa.
