Our small apartment (44 m²) in the Wolgaster Altstadt is happy about your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are in walking distance. A free parking space for smaller cars (quite tight, up to the size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Our half-timbered house is located directly at the Zecheriner Hafen. We, Martina and Enrico live on the ground floor. Under the thatched roof, with a wonderful view of the Peenestrom, we have furnished 2 cozy apartments for our guests. A small pretty garden awaits you in front of the door. Few more steps, Enrico's harbor. Originally used by fishermen, he now attracts anglers and nature lovers.

You have peace of mind with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separate.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who want to spend the whole day just on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....
