At the same time, you are only 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information are within walkingdistance.The apartment is 35m² in size with living-dining area, bedroom,shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Holiday house Paula for 2 people

The very small, but very rustic and cozy holiday house Paula has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping floor, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut building, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed change in the season, basically 3 p.m. Check-in time, 10 a.m. Check-out time, of course, it is also more relaxed by appointment! No pets, there are extra costs for bedding and electricity (in winter).

Old town romance in Uzedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the Wolgaster Altstadt is happy about your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are in walking distance. A free parking space for smaller cars (quite tight, up to the size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely renovated and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peene Valley - with a fascinating wildlife. Fireplace evenings, bicycle covers or boat trips on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all, it takes about 30 minutes by car to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)

"Kontor" for 2 in posto-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!
