Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. The apartment is located in a new apartment building on the second floor with an elevator. It is very centrally located. It is comfortably furnished. Grocery store is very close, which is open 7 days a week and offers everything for everyday use. There are also restaurants in the village. There are also several cable cars that take you to the magnificent mountains. Lake Lucerne to Beckenried is about 5 minutes by car. Emmetten is also easily accessible by public transport.

The kitchen offers enough space and is fully equipped. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the living room there is an additional bed which can be enlarged into a double bed. Within walking distance (100m) is the train station, bus station and the ship docking station. Tax/day/person: CHF 1.50

In snowy conditions, access is only possible on foot (with snowshoes).
