Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Urbanova, Alicante (Alacant)

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

Und hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung extrem gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für diese Wohnung!

Rafael’s place is far better than the pictures. Spacious, clean with two bathrooms. And very close to the city centre and the river

The accommodation was as described. It is within easy walking distance of the beach. There are small supermarkets nearby & Aldi is a 35 minute walk away. There are restaurants within walking distance. It was great to have the swimming pools which are open all year. Check in & check out we're easy. The host is available, should you need any help or information.

Max’s place looks exactly as in the pictures and we enjoyed our stay. There is a lot of storage drawers and the beds are comfortable. There is a designated work desk and a chair. Max met with us and went over the apartment upon our arrival. The location is superb. Steps away from Mar2 mall and Santa Barbara castle.

Great 3 bedroom place with fantastic views. Close to the beach and the restaurants are not far. Clean unit and prompt responses from hosts.

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt gewesen. Sowohl Daniel als auch Carla waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und haben innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Beide sind sehr entspannt und cool drauf. Sie haben uns sogar einen Wein als Willkommensgeschenk auf den Tisch gestellt. Ich bin denen super dankbar, da wir früher einchecken und später auschecken durften. Sowas ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich. Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön und ein Traum. Super lichtdurchflutet und man kann von dem Fenster aus direkt das Meer sehen. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir sind DEFINITIV nicht das letzte Mal da gewesen- sofern wir wieder kommen dürfen ;) !

En pocas palabras, increíble alojamiento. En primer lugar darle las gracias a Irene por su paciencia con nosotros, nos demoramos en la llegada e igualmente estuvo atenta, servicial y muy educada. En cuanto al alojamiento, sin palabras, nos encantó, todo limpisimo, super ordenado y espacioso. Increíble lo moderno que es, se nota que está reformado con cariño. Sin duda alguna, recomendable al 200%. Gracias por acogernos.

Fredric var en mycket bra värd. Tydliga instruktioner inför vår vistelse och även under vår resa. Boendet är dessutom väldigt fint - ett riktigt toppval om man reser i större sällskap.

This was a fantastic location and the apartment was remodeled and very well appointed. It has an exceptional view of the castle and within walking distance of the water. The apartment was open and spacious which worked great for a large group. I would definitely recommend this property.

It was our first time using Air bnb and Hakan made our experience perfect and it’s something we will definitely do again. Hakan met us at the airport, gave us a welcome bottle of fizz and took us to the property stopping for us to pick up some essentials for our stay on the way. What a great service & host was my first impression. Showed us the property and how to use the cooker, washing machine etc. Gave us several restaurant recommendations in the local area. The location is perfect, the property is lovely & ideal for a family of four with the swimming pool opposite as well. We are already planning to visit again and will use this property. La casa es una maravilla, buena ubicación en zona tranquila, cerca de la cuidad en coche. Estaba todo muy limpio y José Luis ha sido súper amable y siempre atento. Repetiríamos seguro!

el piso es cómodo, limpio, silencioso y tiene todo que pueda necesitar. Manuel es muy amable, estaba atento para ayudarnos a cualquier cosa. La estancia fue increíble. muy recomendable.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Gran Alacant! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder, und die schöne Terrasse hat uns viele gemütliche Abende im Freien beschert. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Flott leilighet med fantastisk beliggenhet, alt er i nærheten. Butikker, strand, restauranter. kort vei til bussterminal. God standard med alt du forventer av en moderne leilighet.

Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, sehr gepflegten Komplex und bietet eine super Lage.

Очень приятная чистая,новая квартира. Есть абсолютно все для проживание в том числе шампуни,мыло, стиральный порошок. В каждой комнате есть обогреватель это очень важно при проживание в холодное время года. Всё чисто ,приятно ,новый ремонт. Очень тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую!

Localizacao perfeita, é possivel ter acesso a tudo apenas caminhando. Anfitriao bastante proativo. Nos disponibilizou berço e trona para nosso bebé. A jacuzzi é a cereja do bolo para curtir um final de dia (com a agua sempre aquecida!).
