We stayed here for almost a week and had such a lovely experience. The place was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and perfectly located — everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay during a busy week. A special thank you to Rafa, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. His warmth and hospitality truly made a difference — nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Cher and Jose are wonderful hosts and their property is lovely. Spent a week there, loved it and will certainly be going back in the future. Didn’t see a cloud in the sky and the pool was just perfect to dip in and out of to stay cool. Walked to the Marina every night for food and now starting our diets ready for our next trip! 🤣 Thanks again Cher - lovely seeing you again and see you again soon. 😎

We had a great holiday in this well presented and well appointed villa. The property is very much as you see on the photos - smart, modern and spotlessly clean. The location is also great - in the heart of the Marbesa urbanization, with easy access to the beach and all of its lovely restaurants. Comms were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended, and would definitely return.

El departamento está situado justo en el área turística de Puerto Banus, un departamento muy moderno y con todas las amenidades que necesites, caminando están muchas tiendas y restaurantes y la playa a unos cuantos pasos, el host fue siempre fácil de comunicar y la llegada igual fácil de encontrar y de entrar, muy recomendable.

Thank you for a lovely stay. A warm welcome and a spotless & superbly equipped apartment. Excellent shower, washer dryer, hairdryer and comfortable bed. The views were lovely and perched right on the beach front with the boardwalk right there. Perfect for our long weekend escape. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für ein Urlaub benötigt: Allgemeine Unterkunftsausstattung, Strandmöbel und eine überragende Aussicht auf das Meer vom 13. Stock. Parken ging ebenso problemlos. Wir fanden es sehr schade, dass wir diese Unterkunft nur für zwei Nächte gebucht haben. Definitiv empfehlenswert!

The apartment - a very spacious and well presented space. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and had perfect black out shutters allowing a great nights sleep. The kitchen and dining area was immaculately presented, everything you could need for a stay. The building - unbelievable sliding doors/windows surround the apartment offering the most amazing views of the beach and sea. The breeze this offers is great and you can also take in the atmosphere from the beach. The second floor views make you feel like you are in a penthouse due to the cliff edge you are on. The private lift down to the beach is a really nice option and add to the charm of the hotel. Also the poolside bar/restaurant and 24 hour reception is a nice addition, with all staff being very welcoming and friendly. The host - Katrien could not have been more helpful and available. We had no issues with our stay whatsoever and would stay again certainly. 10/10

To najpiękniejszy apartament, w jakim kiedykolwiek się zatrzymaliśmy. Jest wyjątkowy, czysty, nowoczesny, z niezapomnianym widokiem. Gospodarz zatroszczył się o nas w każdym aspekcie, od zameldowania po nasz wyjazd. Był z nami w stałym kontakcie, polecał sklepy, restauracje i inne potrzebne miejsca. Żal było wyjeżdżać z tego apartamentu, to były niezapomniane chwile. Dziękuję ❤️❤️❤️

We had a fabulous time at the apartment. So many good things to say but some highlights are: - Great communication in advance of our stay; - 2 terrace areas (table, chairs, loungers, BBQ); - welcome basket; - fantastic promenade from apartment to marina and restaurants (2km walk with beach bars along the way); - everything you need in the apartment (pool towels, linen, shower gel, cleaning products, utensils); and - quiet location (we slept so well!) but plenty to do nearby. Clean, tastefully decorated apartment in an excellent location near the beach. The view was amazing- on a clear day I could see Gibraltar and even Africa! Host communication was prompt and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment had everything I needed and the location made it easy to explore the area. I'm glad I've chosen this beach-side jewel, I enjoyed my time here a lot and would definitely recommend it to others.

Fantastic place to stay, we had a great week. Easy to get their eiither train/bus or taxi straight their. So much space, so clean and had everything you need for a great stay. Having the pool to use was also great and we did go in every day. Beautiful walk both ways on the boardwalk.

Jättebra vistelse. Andrea var väldigt hjälpsam på alla sätt och hälsade oss välkomna när vi kom. Vi kände oss som hemma direkt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Très bel appartement avec une terrasse offrant une superbe vue sur la mer. Les piscines sont grandes et agréables (une seule était disponible lors de notre séjour, mais ce n’était pas un problème). La résidence est super calme et le parking très pratique. Restos et bars sympas pas très loin, ce qui est idéal. Un grand merci à Antonio et sa femme pour l’accueil.

This was exactly what we needed! The place instantly felt like home, was super convenient with the supermarket next door and beach a few steps away and it looks just like the pictures/has everything you need. Niki was amazing in terms of communication, even down to delivery a brand new hoover during our stay when we said the one there had broken. Would highly recommend for a relaxed Spanish beach holiday!

Wow, what can I say, Yulia’s apartment was absolutely incredible. Such a lovely space which made us feel like home from home. The apartment was completely spotless, and the decor was done to the highest quality. The terrace was a highlight of the apartment, and opens up right in front of the pool area. It is also situated less than 1 minute from the beach which was ideal to go for a beach walk, sunbathe. Having 2 bathrooms is super helpful too, and also the air con saved us too after a hot day. You are a short walk from a supermarket and there are some restaurants dotted around, but everything is easily accessible via taxi, and Ubers and bolts are very easy to order. Puerto Banus and Marbella centre is about 20 minutes in taxi, depending on traffic, and the airport is about half an hour. Overall you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at Yulias apartment. Simplemente fantástico 😊

We had the most wonderful experience in Marbella. Virginia’s place was spacious and lovely and very comfortable for two couples. The location was perfect!! We were a 2 minute walk from the lively area but away enough that we had quiet in our condo. We loved the old town, tons of restaurants and cafes, close to shopping and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Virginia was very responsive, gave us lots of great suggestions and recommendations and friendly! We will definitely be back in Marbella and would rent from Virginia again!

This was a great apartment, we were here for 6 weeks and felt completely at home. Any questions we had were answered immediately by Angelika or Alfonso, they made us feel like family. The building itself and the residents were so welcoming and friendly and the little cafe and Chiringuito (beach bar/restaurant) right on the property were fabulous. The easy access to the boardwalk was a plus we walked it so many times , and you would never tire of the spectacular view from the apartment. The pool was beautiful even though the weather did not permit entry , too early in the year. Tennis courts were fun. We cooked, we drank, we travelled, it was a great home away from home. Groceries store in minutes, bus to Marbella and opposite way to Fuengirola right outside the front door. If you are on the fence, just book it. Tolle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht! Jens ist ein freundlicher, guter Gastgeber und hat immer umgehend kommuniziert. Die Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen!

Muitos pontos positivos! Casa tem móveis piscina e quartos e cozinha completa! Mais Utensílios talvez seja necessário para caso precisa cozinhar mais dias e mais coisas. As praias não são tão próximas, mas muito acessível via automóvel! Lugar tranquilo! Fomos em Maio ainda por mais que só dias são quentes a água da piscina e do mar na região de Minas, Fuengirola e Marbella ainda são bem frias!

Śliczne mieszkanie, bardzo czysto bezpośrednio obok morza. Niczego nam nie brakowało, kuchnia świetna ie wyposażona. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Jedynie łóżko w dużej sypialni mogłoby być większe. Polecam!!
