Massimo and his father Giordano are great hosts. Giordano reminds me of my father. Full of life and love of good wine. we have stayed at the villa before and as always we had a great time. the view of the surrounding hills, full of trees and farmland is stunning. everything is calm and beautiful. Corinaldo is close and walkable, with great places to eat and a pleasure to walk around. the new garden area with the swimming pool is great to relax. I had my first swimming of 2025 and the sunbathed in complete tranquility. the house itself is large and furnished with the old style (when furniture was an art). The villa is situated at a great spot and can be used as a base to discover the surrounding villages. only one hour from Ancona and the beautiful old town with all the places to visit. We plan to be back every year during our European trip.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. The perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in Mondaino for the Motomondiale di Misono, we had a great time with the house, clean, efficient and with a magnificent view. I congratulate hosts for their help and quick answers to our questions. We hope to be back soon! Highly recommended ☺️

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

Very large apartment with well divided spaces. Complete with every comfort and spectacular views. Tranquility reigns supreme. Federica was very helpful and always responsive. The apartment is a short walk from the center of Verucchio, unfortunately there is no sidewalk to get to the center, but in 1 minute by car you can reach the parking lots in the center. The location is strategic to also visit San Marino and Rimini. I highly recommend it

We stayed with Simona for a week in May with our dog and felt very comfortable right away. The property and garden are a dream. Super nice location, very spacious and many opportunities to make it cozy - whether on the terrace or by the pool. Her two dogs are very friendly and got along well with our dog. Whether traveling with a dog or without - we would highly recommend this accommodation. It is suitable both as a starting point to explore the region, as well as to simply have a good time on site in this fantastic place and simply enjoy nature and tranquility.

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

Great location, responsive hosts, lots to do in the heart of Assisi. What more can you ask for? Wonderful place to experience the deeply religious experience of St Francis' hometown!

We had a great time at Gabriel's. We did not meet Gabriel personally but he was always concerned about our satisfaction. His bikes were very useful. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the beach but a bit far from the train station and the historic center of Rimini (25-30 minute walk). The only downside is the presence of several dogs (locked in the courtyards) that bark at all times. Fortunately the night is quiet.

Everything was great! The apartment was very clean, quiet, and bright. The best location for getting to know the idyllic village of Sestino better. Sarah, I'll be back!

Claudia is a very warm and always approachable host. She gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean and super lovingly furnished. As a welcome, we received a delicious wine from the region and also a few other goodies such as sweet spreads, pasta with sauce (so that no one stays hungry on arrival) and also mineral water. We were very pleased and felt very comfortable and welcome. The beds were great and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We didn't use the foosball table, but of course it's a great extra, especially for a group or family with children. A limitation is that the apartment is significantly darker than shown in the photos and the dining area outside was quite far from the apartment and usable for all residents of the complex. The apartment is cool - welcome at high outside temperatures. The site is spacious and very well maintained.

This is a beautiful place with a view that looks like you’re watching it on an IMAX screen. I wish we booked for longer to just relax on the property because it is so peaceful. Easy access to plenty of wineries and to Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno. Highly recommend staying here

We really enjoyed our stay here and the conveniences it provided as a home base to explore Umbria. Laura was extremely communicative. She was helpful in making arrangements to store our bags ahead of check in and she provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Her flat provided incredible views and was as described in the listing. It was in a central location in the center of Perugia, which made everything including the mini metro easily accessible. Do recommend!

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

Such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days! It was central to many tours and activities, great for exploring! Luca was a wonderful host and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was great! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! Completely exceeded our expectations!

The house is perfect for a stay in Rimini. It is located in the center, convenient for visiting the city on foot and also close to the sea. The apartment is clean, well-maintained and well-furnished, with everything you need to feel at home. The host was friendly and helpful.
