Great spot if you want a fun urban feel. So many great restaurants in walking distance! The views out of the loft bedroom at night were beautiful. Hello, Marjorie is a must check out if you enjoy a unique cocktail experience. Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful stay at Dallas’s Airbnb! From the start, Dallas was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, which made the booking process smooth and easy. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail for the checkin and out process. Felt like home! Didn’t use the kitchen except for snacks, we ate out our entire stay, but if you were to use the kitchen it was stocked with all your needs! I personally would suggest eating at Bluebei sushi & Grill right below the Air B & B I suggest trying EDAMAME & CHARRED EDAMAME & SHISHITO PEPPERS OMG everyone was happy with their orders ! This location is perfect, no car need, there’s something for everyone in walking distance! If I could give more the 5 ⭐️ I would

Stayed at Carl’s place for the 70.3 Ironman. He was very responsive and helped with all of my questions and was extremely generous. Very nice spacious house to fit all of the guest. No issues at all, I would definitely stay there again.

Walking distance to Drake making it perfect for parents visiting for sporting events or for graduations.

Our family had a great time at Kirk's place. Adults and kids both had fun playing in the arcade. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We look forward to our next stay here.

Anthony’s house is really nice and clean. Darn near spotless. He was very responsive when I messaged him. He said he was actively working to deal with the only issue I experienced regarding noise from a nearby property. It was a positive stay overall for me.

We stayed here for my sister’s wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been more convenient— which made everything so much easier during such a busy weekend. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without it! 10/10—highly recommend for anyone visiting downtown Des Moines, especially for events or with family!!!

The AirBnB is exactly like the photos. The wood floors that creak add a unique and homey feel. La Mie bakery is a must, and Friedrich’s Coffee was delicious— and nearby!

Erin’s place was perfect for our extended family’s visit to participate in the EMC Dam to DSM. We took advantage of the deck to have outdoor dinners at the huge table, relax on the furniture at night, and therapy in the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again, and therapy price was fantastic!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Home was very comfortable and felt like home. Much better than staying in a hotel. Would definitely use this Airbnb when we travel back to the area. Thank you Drew!

Very friendly host. The apartment has a lot of space, is very clean and easy to live in. When we come back we would love to rent this apartment again. Around the corner several good restaurants and a hyvee to get groceries.

Crystal clear instructions on how to get into the building and once you get in, it’s easier the next time. Had a small hiccup with parking, because of a race that had all the streets around the building closed, but Kyle gave us an alternative suggestion that worked out just fine. Everything was clean and exactly as described and shown. One of the most comfortable bed/pillow combos we’ve had!! Great location and walkable to everything we were in town for.

The condo was amazing. Well furnished and comfortable beds. Lots of room to spread out. The rooftop area was pretty. The only negatives are that there is no front door…the only entrance is a steep garage. I’m not sure I knew that. Also, the k cup part of the coffee station was not working and the garbage disposal isn’t working.

Jennifer’s condo is spacious, well lit and in a convenient location in the city. The furnishings are thoughtful and tasteful, and the unit has plenty of comfortable seating.

Great location for a basketball tournament at the convention center. Walkable from outside or the sky walk. Great communication and parking.
