Monthly Rentals in Urbana

We come to Hammondsport once or twice a year. This trip was just me and my husband for a quick get away. Teresa’s apartment was a gem from the moment we walked in to pretty candles glowing in the fireplace to a welcome basket filled with wine and treats on the bed. These touches are very special. The apartment was spotless and every room was super clean. We are very active during the day with biking, hiking, and kayaking, so it was awesome to come home to a cozy apartment. Loved the location ~ we walked just a few blocks to get breakfast and coffee at Vern's Bakery and an excellent dinner at The Park Inn. However, Teresa has a well equipped kitchen so if you don't feel like going out to eat, no worries, you can cook! It was great to see a Keurig with several choices of coffee...and creamer in the spotless refrigerator. Teresa and Antonia respond very quickly and keep in touch regularly. We will be back for sure. You have to come and try this place!

we absolutely LOVED our stay at the Tiny Home! it was exactly as described... very clean, private, peaceful. it was perfect for the two of us. location was amazing - in the middle of both Penn Yan and Hammondsport (20 min drive). we went to many wineries on the Keuka Lake, all were very close! we also went to the Watkins Glen State Park to hike the gorge trail which was only a 25 min drive. we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will be keeping this place in mind for when we visit again! Thank you!!!

Wow! Stunning views and peaceful silence were the highlights of Erik & Veronica’s property. A winery and distillery at the bottom of the driveway was an added bonus. Numerous wineries, breweries, and distilleries all within a couple minute drive. Erik was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. We will absolutely be booking again in the future! Can’t wait!

We ran into a problem at our prior VRBO rental and had to leave during the middle of our trip. We found This location the same day that we were to move out. It saved our family Spring break vacation. It turned a negative potentially ruminating experience and nearly wiped our memories clean. This location made us feel special. We literally felt like we were able to give our children and ourselves a gift of a vacation that you only read about in magazines or on social media feeds and say to yourself, "I wish we could do that!" Rachael's efforts into making this property exceed traditional high standards was far surpassed. Overall well done and thank you for sharing your visions of building this property with the rest of us. People tend to work very hard for their money and they hope to spend it on something that exceeds the level of their own work put in. Rachael did just that for us. Thank you so much and we can't wait to stay at your other properties.
