Lovely flat. Clean, comfy and cosy. Has everything you need to whip up a quick meal. Books to read, Tv , YouTube & Netflix. Lidl supermarket and a few pizza places a short walk away. Don’t need much else! Will be back next time I am in the area.

Peter was very helpful. The property has everything you need, it’s close to the train station and there’s a big park nearby. I will definitely stay here if we need to come back to Banbury!

Had a lovely stay at Anthony's property. It was clean and warm and had a nice outlook over the rear garden. Anthony was attentive to any requests I had and nothing was an issue. It was convenient to walk out into the local village (pub) or to the local supermarket. No problems at all. Would stay there again if working in the area.

The house was perfect for what we needed it for, we had two toddlers and two babies with 4 adults and all felt comfortable and spacious. It’s in a safe feeling new build estate with parking for 2 cars. The whole house was spotless and the beds comfortable. There are lots of spare bedding and towels if needed. Two of the bedrooms have bedside tables with charging spots built in which is helpful and the en-suite shower has shower gel in for your use. Helpful instructions for check in and a message on the day we were leaving to see if everything was okay. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks for having us.

A really nice place for me and my family. Very clean and feels like home. My two young kids loved it. Close driving distance to Leicester centre and surrounding suburbs. Debra communicated well and was very responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a great time during our stay. Nick was a great host who went out of his way to accommodate our needs during our 4 day trip. The place was very clean and organized. Everything was easily accessible and walking distance. Lots of great restaurants nearby, the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet.

Great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Good location for the town centre and railway station - both within easy walking distance. Being able to park directly outside was really handy too.

I had a truly wonderful stay at The Old Doctor's Retreat — this was everything I hope for in an Airbnb. The space itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly peaceful, with stunning views over the Oxfordshire countryside. This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Lovely, comfortable stay at Mihir's place. We booked here last minute when our accommodation fell through elsewhere. Mihir's responsiveness really helped us out. Clear check-in instructions and a smooth check-in process, it was a pleasure to stay here and Mihir was a great host and made sure everything was right for us. Would recommend and we'll definitely try and book again if we're back in the area!

Great place to stay. Looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Vanessa was lovely and met me and my dogs upon arrival. The little additions of food that she left for us were great, and the garden was just perfect for my dogs. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Walkable distance to city centre. Convenience shops available with plenty of food choices. Good landlord!
