No parties, loud music etc. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Must be respectful of neighbors. Tradesmen, professionals and families only. This is due to numerous complaints and issues with large groups of friends. This is a family location with family either side. This house is not suitable for any type of gatherings. This property is closely located to Sixfields where both football and rugby stadiums are. The town centre and train station are a short 10 minute taxi ride away
