Annexe on idyllic horse farm

AngieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a great stay at the Annexe, it’s a cosy little cottage lovingly decorated country style. Everything was accessible for me being disabled, no problems there. A small problem with the heating system was quickly solved by Belle‘s partner too. We would not recommend it for 5 adults as the sofa in the lounge/bedroom is not comfortable for an adult to sleep on but we had been made aware of that by Belle herself after having booked it.

Braylsham Castle

GillRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We wanted a family evening together to remember and this property delivered! The obviously devoted planning and inspiration to develop such a peaceful setting into a ‘World of Pure Imagination’ was amazing. We sat outside eating and listening to many different species of birds singing! (Identified by the Merlin App). Wi-Fi, knights in armour, banqueting table, debates about whether the grandfather clock was vertical- or the walls, playing games together. Lovely combination of Alexa playing the right music with feeling you’d stepped back to a time before technology, truly the best of both worlds! Thank you.

Taylour House - Historic, unique, yet modern

AliceRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wow. Staying at Taylour House was like stepping back in time - in the best possible way. The house is steeped in history and beautifully preserved, full of character and charm. It felt like staying in a living museum, but with all the modern comforts thoughtfully in place. Caroline, the host, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and incredibly flexible, which made the whole experience relaxed and easy. The house was spotless, extremely well equipped, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Edenbridge, with a great pub directly opposite that serves top-notch Sunday roasts. A rare bonus was having off-street parking for two cars - a real luxury for a town centre property. Taylour House is a gem. Full of history, excellent value, and hosted with genuine warmth - we’d love to come back.

The Lodge at Spring Farm Alpacas

RichardRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Really enjoyed our week's stay including an Alpaca walk. Chris and Vicki were very helpful and full of knowledge about their Alpacas and Llamas. You could tell that they cared for each and every one of them and spoke to them in a quiet gentle voice so as not to alarm them. So quiet and peaceful especially when the Alpacas were out and we could see them from the living room and bedroom windows and when we relaxed outside sitting at the table having our breakfast. Everything you needed was there and also recommendations on where to visit. We would definitely book again and recommend. So glad we booked this special place.
The exterior of the cottage displays a mix of traditional brick and wood paneling, under a clear blue sky. A paved patio area features outdoor seating, including a table with chairs and lounge chairs, surrounded by pebbles and greenery.

Cozy historical cottage on edge of Ashdown Forest

We had a fantastic short stay at this cosy and well-equipped holiday cottage. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, peaceful countryside surroundings made for a relaxing retreat, yet it was also conveniently situated for our plans. The property has some really nice features that add charm and character, making it feel like a real home away from home. Thank you.

Dairy Cottage with hot tub & pizza oven

MylesRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The stay at this property was perfect! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a large kitchen and open lounge area that is full of character, with a large log burner present. The mezzanine lounge overlooking the level below is a work of art, along with the beamed ceilings throughout. En suite bathrooms is a classy touch, providing added convenience. The garden was generously sized with ample lighting and the large hot tub was an added bonus! The house rules/general info folder was a great touch, providing information on local restaurants and supermarkets. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be booking again!

Contemporary countryside cottage

DavidRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Spent 6 pleasant days at Littleshaw Cottage. Although we went in June the evenings were chilly but the underfloor heating in the cottage kept us warm. All the things we needed, and more, for a comfortable stay were provided. We felt very secure in the cottage as it is in the private grounds of the main house behind a gated driveway. This was our first visit to Kent and there is so much to see. If we returned for another holiday we would like to stay here again.
