Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Tiny House Hubsi with outdoor bathtub and sauna

Hubsi is our 6.6 m long and 3.2 t heavy tiny house, which we designed and built ourselves. The special feature is that the sleeping area is located under the living room. In front of it is our Tiny Tube wood-burning stove, which makes it cozy and warm in winter and creates a special atmosphere. A small bathroom consists of a dry separation toilet and a shower made from an Italian red wine barrel - which is definitely an extraordinary shower experience.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed dressed in striped bedding. Two windows allow natural light to fill the room, which is complemented by light curtains. A black dresser and bedside lamps enhance the practicality of the space, while a decorative painting adds visual interest.

A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

We were in Tiny House Main Apartments for the second time. The view and the feeling directly on the Main is really very relaxing. The surroundings are quiet and you can quickly get to Würzburg and Schweinfurt by car. Of course, everything is very small, but sufficient for two people with a dog for a few days. The sauna is great, we enjoyed it very much in the evening with a view of the Main. Thank you very much

Our stay at this Airbnb was a consistently great experience. Located in a beautiful area, ideal for relaxing walks – especially along the Main. The outdoor seating perfectly rounded off wonderful summer evenings. The apartment was exceptionally clean – in fact, the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The furniture is tasteful and high-quality, far from the typical 08/15 IKEA furniture. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is not only quiet and private, but also ideal for exploring Würzburg and the surrounding area, for example. All in all, this Airbnb is definitely one of the best accommodations we've ever booked – we'd come back anytime.

I was looking for the cheapest possible accommodation for an event in Würzburg, which I could use during this period and found what I was looking for at Michaela and Andreas. Check in easily thanks to the key box, quiet location, privacy available. A little tip: The footpath from the train station through the vineyard and later between fields is beautiful and easy to manage with little luggage and good condition.

The dining area features a large dark wooden table surrounded by six wooden chairs. Natural light enters through a corner window, illuminating the table set with plates, glasses, and cutlery. Wall art is displayed in neat frames on the deep green wall.

Heinrich and his wife were very lovely and accommodating and greeted us in person despite us arriving late at night. They did a quick house tour and ensured that we had everything for a good night’s rest. Their place was elegantly furnished with delicate decorations and a touch of modern design. We wished we could’ve stayed longer!

The location is super quiet but you are quickly in the city center. You can find everything you need in the apartment. Everything is exactly as described. This is how Airbnb should be!
