L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle zur Seiser Alm Bahn.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Sie hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Wiese.

Das Zimmer umfasst 24m2 im Dachgeschoss (3. Stock). Die Maße des Bettes sind 160 × 200 cm. Wir sind direkt im Dorfzentrum. Sie werden vom romantischen Glockenturm geweckt werden und können dann gleich Ihre Wanderung beginnen. Im Zimmer: Wi-Fi Tassen, Gläser Teller, Besteck Tee, Kaffee Öl, Essig Wasserkocher Herdplatte Minikühlschrank Ventilator Seife, Shampoo Baumwolldecke Handtücher groß, klein geschlossener Garagenparkplatz 2,30 m
