'Haus am Wald' is a newly renovated old farmhouse. Surrounded by forests and meadows it offers pure relaxation without any traffic noise. Wake up by the birds singing in the morning and watch the deer roaming through the forest. Shopping is available Lippborg (3 km) with supermarket, bakeries and several shops. Situated 4 km from autobahn A2 it is very easy to get here. The house offers 100 m² of living space with family room, 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, dining room and a kitchen.

We are renting a cozy, quietly located apartment measuring approximately 25 m² (269 sq. ft.) in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönixsee (reachable in 10 minutes by bus or car). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, the city center by bus and subway approx. 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can accommodate approx. 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.
