Monthly Rentals in University of Texas at Austin

We’ve stayed at Fernando’s condo multiple times—always for month long stays or longer. It is truly a phenomenal home away from home. Cannot recommend enough It’s easy to work from It’s easy to explore Austin from (you’re a short ride away from everything) And it’s always well equipped with everything you need to feel at home here (including a fully fully stocked kitchen) Fernando is so friendly and amazing—we cannot recommend this place enough

The place was as described. The beds were not very comfortable and the kitchen could use more forks, spoons, knives, a cutting board & towels. There were plenty of bath towels. It was clean. It was a great location for what we were doing, safe & walkable. Great big closet. The frat house next door was very loud but we were out late so it didn’t bother us too much. Overall it served our purpose well for the weekend and was affordable.

I have to say this was one of the best ABnB experiences so far and it has nothing to do with the actual spot. Rebecca was so easy to reach and eager to help. In today’s economy more people need to be like her. The place was wonderful. Further from downtown than I thought but that was on me. The 35 min walk every day was nice. If I did not need to be downtown I’d go back again. Thanks to the owners for a great time.

Joey’s space was such a great fit for me. It is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood just a short drive to downtown and lady bird lake. The condo is very homey, and has everything you need for your stay. Joey, is such a kind and friendly host, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have an ideal Austin experience.
