Our cozy character home with the taste of modern interior is located in the heart of beautiful West Point Grey. We are one block from 10th Ave shops, bus lines, and a 5-minute bus ride to UBC. We are 20 minutes from Jericho Beach. There are two well-designed bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other one with a twin bed. The sitting room is well appointed with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The second & third floors of the house aren't accessible for the guests.

Lily's place was incredible! She is an amazing host who is incredibly accessible. The space is clean and very well organized. The location is in a perfect suburban location with easy access to downtown and the surrounding areas. During our stay we found ourselves visiting the local shops in Kerrisdale as well! Very reasonably priced and a lovely experience overall.

This is a great neighborhood. 20 minute Uber to the Airport and 20 minutes downtown. Very quiet. You share the space with three other people but the bathroom is private and the place is sparkling and the hosts are wonderful 😊 Great value for money. Fair pricing for the city. Would recommend.

The place was great! The cabinets were a bit cluttered and the kitchen amenities were low but Laura provided whatever we needed when asked. Bathroom was shared with other guests who weren’t clean unfortunately. But otherwise good stay! Laura was very sweet and lovely.

This is our second time staying here for our kid’s swim meet at the UBC Aquatic Centre. It’s the perfect location every time — close to the pool and great for visiting the campus.

The bed was a highlight - very comfortable and I slept great. Room was clean and cozy as described and easy to access. Location is safe and beautiful and easily accessible via public transportation. Would stay here again. I did not meet Yuan but communication was clear, kind, and helpful.
