With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. Upon arrival, an access code will be provided that will allow you to open the entrance door. It is distributed in an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, bedroom in which the double bed (1.40x2.00) is located with bed linen and full bathroom with shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen services with dishwasher, fridge, Italian coffee maker, air conditioning, iron, bathroom equipped with towels, hairdryer and gel, as well as television and Wifi (600 mb fiber) whose operation is detailed once the reservation is made. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify it by Airbnb message once the reservation is made. If you need any additional services to those exposed in the listing, please feel free to request it in case it is in our power to facilitate it or help you achieve it. The apartment is completely at the guest's disposal and you can make use of all the elements described on the website, but you cannot access common areas of the building, such as interior patios, roof, or remain on the stair landings. Access can be done without a person waiting to open them, as being a separate access from the street and having a security box with key to the entrance can be accessed freely once the access code is provided. A door key set is provided inside the box at the entrance to the apartment. In case of loss, a surcharge of €35 will be charged to make a replacement copy. The apartment has internet (fiber of 600 mb) and television with USB port, in case you want to bring your own movies, as well as the DTT with the conventional channels in Spanish and SMARTV. Out of respect for other guests, parties or smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

The living-dining room is open to the kitchen, thus generating an incredible feeling of spaciousness and light, and has a large and comfortable double sofa bed that allows for a more flexible distribution in the use of beds by the occupants.

This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a king size bed, and also a queen size sofa bed. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
