Stayed for a few nights and everything about this space was absolutely perfect. Super clean, private patio, had everything you could possibly need and snacks. We loved that there are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The hosts were so accommodating and kind!! Highly recommend!

Great location, walkable location for numerous restaurants and shopping. Cindy’s apartment was immaculately clean, stocked with basics in addition to beverages in the fridge & snacks on the counter. Beautiful views & wonderful area. Cindy is a fantastic host with thoughtful extra amenities throughout the apartment. I would definitely stay at Splendid Comfort again if ever in the area.

Hanna is very good at what she does. she is very kind and cordial. Denver just has a crazy traffic and huge parking problem.

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Deana was communicative and clear about instructions to get to the Airbnb. Everything was clean, organized and easy to find. The neighborhood felt very safe and is super close to the botanical gardens.

Lillian has thought of EVERYTHING! She is friendly, super responsive, helpful, and trust me, she has made sure you’ll have everything you need. Our stay was enjoyable, comfortable, and much like staying at a generous friend’s house. The property is centrally located and the Whole Foods, CVS, and train station couldn’t be more convenient. Don’t think twice!

Loved staying at Dawn’s downtown Denver condominium. It was perfectly appointed, clean, and spacious. Location was very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Dawn was very communicative and very proactive. Would definitely stay again!

Great place and location! We were able to street park with no issues since our car was too large for the garage. We had some issues with the fire pit, but they responded and fixed the problem promptly which was greatly appreciated! The beds were super comfy and the place was really clean. Overall we had an awesome stay!

5 star airbnb wish iI could of took kore advantage of the space it has all the amenties love this place for a short stay me the wife and two kids had plenty of space and the she hqd everyrhing we could have asked for and more to have fun at the house.

Great place to stay. The air bnb has everything we needed. A plus was plenty of towels (we are a family of 6). Washer and dryer was helpful as well. He had tons of blankets, blow up mattress and pack n play as well. This place has plenty of room to move around and sleep. We have 4 children youngest is 18 months and oldest is 13 and every one of them has something here to keep them entertained and having a good time. The lake was awesome. Definitely I great place to stay with family

From the initial booking until we departed, Andrew constantly kept great communication us. The photos and description of the property was exactly what was delivered to you in person with no gimmicks or exaggeration. Any questions or concerns we had, no matter how minor, were always addressed promptly and professionally. They made our stay a genuinely great time as were never more than a message away for support. What an amazing place! Every single friend of mine when we were there said they eventually wanted a house like this. Very big and it was nice that there was a bathroom on every floor. The house was spacious, spotless, and the garage was a very nice perk. Loved the stay!

Jessica’s place was perfect—super clean, beautifully decorated, perfectly sized and had everything we needed. The bedroom is comfy, the neighborhood was peaceful ... it felt like home! She's super friendly and insanely fast at responding with any questions. We had an awesome time. 100% recommend staying here!

We loved the bungalow for our stay in Boulder. We had tickets for a concert at Red Rocks. While we were there, we got several recommendations of hiking to do in the area. The host was extremely responsive to any questions or information we asked about. Great location. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Has a great time. Very comfortable beds and fully equips kitchen.

Great location, clean, and had everything we needed!! Kristin was super responsive and an incredible host! The airbnb had everything we needed and was exactly as described in the pictures. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. They even had welcome Coors banquets and welcome burritos for us in the fridge. What a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again!!

This place really felt like staying at a friend's house! It is well equipped, with fun touches and clear instructions. We were in town for Bolder Boulder and we appreciated finding a listing to host our three-generation group in one place. The care shown in this house is everywhere. Truly, it reminded me of when a friend has loaned us their place. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great location in Denver, walkable to Rockies stadium and lots of other things. Lots of space in the condo. Very clean.

Nikki’s place was great! Our trip was focused on the Yankees vs. Rockies 3- game series and this location was perfect for that. Her place is also close to Union Station, grocery store and restaurants so a car is not needed. Nikki’s condo was comfortable, clean and cozy. We loved it! 😊 Thanks Nikki!

Very spacious unit in a great neighborhood with lots to do close by. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. Easy instructions and quick communication from the host. This was a great stay for our group of 4.

This was a nice place to stay in downtown Golden. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. This place is even within walking distance of the Coors factory tour pickup lot. We really appreciated how clean the place was and all the added touches - q tips, cotton balls, teas, coffee, etc…

Our family was quite happy staying at Julia’s. First, the location was terrifying. My father and I enjoyed walking the trail along the creek and the historical homes in the upper neighborhood. My husband and I enjoyed walking to the heart of Pearl for coffee in the morning and yummy food and drinks in the evening. The open-spaced contemporary design of Julia’s place was lovely and relaxing. We could all come together in the downstairs area, but there was enough room to separate and have some quiet space to yourself. Finally, I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony sipping some tea or wine.
